Just had my Lexus repaired at Lou Fuse in St. Peter`s. Collision Manager Mike Stellern Handled my claim. The car was taken on 14 days after quote, parts, not at shop, had to wait, for head light, quote was originally $1500.00. When Mr. Stellern was asked how well they did with their quote. His reply was. "We`ll, we colored outside the lines a little bit". The actual bill was $2449.00. Scrap on Left ... view moreside front bumper not repaired as agreed, no call to confirm work order. Mike states "We`ll, MyButter and Butter is the Insurance Company!" Obviously NOT the PUBLIC.......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Mr. Stellern actually had the audacity to mention as I walked away from my not fixed car OH yes....the Right Front Wheel Damage....I felt was CURB Damage...I am NOT paying for that either....I have not a single mark any place on this car.... Who does he think he is, I am currently waiting for a return call from Mr. Stranz GM of St. Peter`s. This man works for Insurance Not The Public! Ms. Dattilo

GOOD PEOPLE

DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR 14 YEARS, THEY SERVICE MY TWO CHEVROLETS. I BOUGHT A NEW CHEVROLET FROM THEM. MY SERVICE ADVISOR IS A GREAT, HELPFUL MAN, BUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT`S ABILITY TO DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM IS EXTREMELY POOR. THEY HAVE SUGGESTED TO ME THAT THEY COULD ONLY BE SURE BY CHANGING OUT PARTS. CUSTOMER CONCERN SEEMS TO HAVE DIMINISHED A LOT IN THE PAST YEAR OR TWO.

Good Sales Dept

We have purchased our last 2 cars here. Very friendly staff and even the finance department isn`t too bad like most dealerships. No problems getting them to cover things under warranty. Usually have to make extra service appointments though as they always seem to have to order parts in instead of having them in stock.
