exceptional driver
I was stuck on the side of M-14 when my car suddenly stopped (electrical I thought) The wonderful driver was there within 20 minutes. He towed me to work, then opened up my hood to take a look. He found a loose bolt at the alternator and tightened it. My car started! He didn`t have to do that- he could have just let me call the dealership for an expensive and complex repair story. They are VERY nice and competent!
