They will rip you off. they are not honest at all. they will tell you one price and then charge you more in the end. he told me there was no plugs in a set of used tires he was selling. gave him the money and while loading the tires in my truck, i saw a plug and said i didnt want them and he said the tires are mine and wouldnt refund my money. total bull****
