just picked up my f350 from malden auto and i am absolutely thrilled with the quality of work they did looks great i would recomend to anyone who needs body work to definately check these guys out first they are by far the been the best repair shop i have ever delt with !!!!!

I am completely dissatisfied w...

I am completely dissatisfied with the work that was done to my 2004 Nissan Armada by this shop. I took it in a few weeks ago to take care of some rust and was not satisfied with the end result after seeing the truck when the sun hit it. It looks like someone could go surfing with all the waves you see. I called and brought the truck back to be checked and I was told that those were imperfections to bring it back a... view morend they would take care of it. I just came back from Malden Auto Body of Everett and after speaking with the Owner Jim, he indicates that that is the best they could do. And that is supposed to be customer service? As far as I am concerned, I will let everyone I know NOT to go near this body shop because if they can?ˆ™t honor their work they should be in business. I am giving them a 1 star rating because I can`t just leave it blank otherwise I would.
