Terrible Car Buying Experience

My husband and I went online and researched vehicles on Auto Showcases website. Obviously we were impressed by what we saw. We contacted the dealership and took a trip from Randallstown to Bel Air, with the intention of purchasing. When we got there the SUV we were trying to buy was already sold and therefore not on the lot. After talking to the salesman (who was becoming impatient as the night went on), And after MUCH deliberating, we reluctantly decided to purchase. The paperwork process was very sloppily done from this point on. They made all kinds of mistakes from our names being printed incorrectly, address info printed incorrectly, and finance info wasn`t finalized that night. It took several days for that paperwork to return and once it did the info was completely different and the numbers were far more expensive than we discussed at signing. We had to shop around for different financing but didn`t seem like we would find the terms we discussed. We then told them that we would be willing not to purchase and to take our old vehicle back. They told us it wasaalready sold and gone. ( That was a lie) I was looking directly at the keys in the managers office!!! They didn`t fully detail the vehicle. They also didn`t properly submit the info to MVA, which caused me problems with the registration of those tags from my previous vehicle. They would not return my calls once I tried to contact them several times. The check engine light came on in my new truck. It hadn`t even been 2 months since purchase. My husband and I felt that they weren`t being truthful with us about that truck. The mileage was on the high side but was expected for the year of the vehicle (2007). We just sold the truck 2 weeks ago and purchased from a more trusted dealer; JUST TO BE OUT OF THAT VEHICLE AND BE DONE WITH THAT DEALERSHIP COMPLETELY!!! The whole reason for this review is not to bash them but to warn people of the kind of experiences that they deal out. We were lured in by the beautiful cars that they have but were treated like second rate citizens during and after the purchase of the car EVENTUALLY WE ARE STILL CLEANING UP THE MESS AND FEELING THE AFFECTS OF THEIR MISTAKES. IT WAS AS IF WE WERE THEIR FIRST CUSTOMERS AND THE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO COMPLETE THE SALE. I hope this will be helpful for someone. Please done waste your time buying from these people. Purchasing A New Car Should Be A Happy Experience....NOT A TERRIBLE ONE!!! :-)

They lie to you to get you in the door and dont follow up on their end for anything. Keep gettin the run around bout warranty work and no answers never shop here people
