Honest and Efficient Auto Service

I brought my full size van to Tech Tune because the speedometer, cruise control, and overdrive quit working. Also my ABS and emergency brake light were constantly on. They called me and said they had found a bad ABS sensor and the van would be done shortly. Later I received another call and was told there was a broken wire somewhere between the sensor on the differential and computer. This was going to take more time... view more than expected and wanted to know how much time I would approve for them to spend troubleshooting the problem. I agreed for an additional 2 hours to be spent at their shop rate. Approximately an hour later I received a call telling me they found the problem quicker than expected and my vehicle was ready. I believe this was the first time an auto repair facility actually cost me less than expected. Tech Tune could have just as easily charged me for the additional time I approved and I would have never known the difference. The shorter labor time they did charge me was reasonable and part cost was not overinflated. In my opinion they are an honest group that knows the value of good customer relationships by providing quality work at a fair price. I certainly will be using them in the future for my automotive repair needs and will definitely recommend them to others.

Knowledgable, well-equipped and great customer service

I grew up working on cars and can fix about anything that breaks myself, but I don`t always have the time and tools necessary to do the job the ""right"" way. I know what most repair jobs involve, so I appreciate it when mechanics don`t presume that I don`t have a clue. These folks know what they are doing, their customer service and communication is great and they were very responsive to my input. Honest and Knowledgeable Technicians!!

This is the only place I or my family will ever go to have our cars serviced or repaired! We learned the difference between mechanics and technicians the hard way, before we came to Tech Tune. I have never felt ""taken advantage"" of there. They are friendly and honest. They let me know what my car needs, and I trust them. They also let me know when my car will need something in the future so I can plan ahead and sav... view moree for it. They don`t talk down to me about the repairs needed. They explain it in a way that I can understand with out making me feel stupid for not knowing about cars.
