Always use them. I was extremely upset when I didn`t make it back to the store before they closed. They put my car inside their garage and I was going to have to go without it over the weekend. There is no provision to pick up the car after hours. I sent an email and posted to several forums regarding the situation. The regional and store manager called me. Needless to say, I felt a little bad about being upset and I have to say that I will always go back there. Great service.
