Do not go to Line-X of Louisville if you want good honest service and expect them to stand behind their work. I went there and paid $435.00 for a bed liner and the manager (Chris Smith) Sprayed the Line-X coating all over my bed bolts on my 2004 Ford Ranger and did NOT tell me he was going do this. I noticed that they were sprayed over a couple days later and I thought that one of his workers accidentally done this s... view moreo I called him up and nicely asked him to repair it and he told me "that`s the way they do it" and he lied to me and told me that he explains this to all his customers then he said me that he "wasn`t going to do anything about it" in a rude and unprofessional manor. Now if I need to remove the bed to replace my fuel pump or anything else I`m SOL. The bolts would have been very easy to remove because I just recently had them out and they were not rusted at all. After doing further research I learned this is about the only Line-X dealership that doesn`t remove or take up your bed bolts before they apply the material.
