I`ve had a great experience here in downtown Boise,were 27th st automotive auto repair shop is located,i recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome service of experience.They had my car in and out in one day. They were very nice and communicative about any problems with the car and seemed genuinely interested in helping us in sorting things out with our dealership.

Top notch car repair joint with top notch customer service. I started going to 27th st Automotive on a recommendation from a friend who could afford to take his rides anywhere he wants, but he choose this one. Their prices for parts is outstanding as is their prices on labor. they understand that you might be in a pinch or in a hurry and work their butts off to accommodate your needs. I only gave them 4 stars because I have only used them once, but they were very efficient and helpful. I took my car in to get the oil changed at a mainstream place that had done work for me before. They told me I needed over $1000 worth of work. I took it to 27th St Auto after seeing their review and also from hearing good things from friends. Not only did they tell me a lot of the work wasn`t necessary, they also p... view moreointed out that the simple oil change i had received was horrible, and that I had a leak, which they fixed for free. The one thing that did have to get fixed, they did much more affordable. They were polite, friendly, and explained things very clearly to me. I would definitely recommend them!

The best Auto Repair in Town! I went to 2 other shops in Boise, after paying around $9000 to fix my VW, I still walked away with no solution. My problem never went away so I finally went to 27th St Automotive. They charged me $157 to fix my car. You guys are the BEST!!! : )

I was told that I needed both of my car axles replaced, but, after 27th St Auto inspected my car ,they told me that only one of my axles was bad. That saved over $150. I will definitely go back in the future."?ˆ? ?ˆ?

I love this shop! Being a female, most mechanic shops try to take advantage of me but not there. They are friendly and have reasonable prices. They even washed my car!!!!

This shop has the right combination of good customer service and honest hard work at affordable prices. I resently had my vehicle in at a dealership in town and they charged me over $2000. dollars and still couldn`t fix the problem, needless to say i will never go back.
