Never step foot in here! If this is under new ownership I would say bring back the old one. The place is seedy, the service is horrendous and the owner could care less. Do NOT bring your car here! I had a Groupon with the most expensive package for a full detail with engine cleaning. First off, the manager didn`t know what the Groupon included, I had to explain it to him. He told me they can`t even do engine cleaning so I could`ve paid less for the package that didn`t include it. I was supposed to receive upholstery shampoo which they didn`t even do, they washed the carpets and left... view more them soaking wet but my seats were still dry and stained. After driving away and inspecting my car I drove all the way back to point out all the things that I immediately found wrong, which was lucky because apparently they had also removed my belongings from my trunk and forgot to put them back in my car. It didn`t even look like they had washed the car, there were several large dirt spots that they just went back and wiped off. I was supposed to receive a full wax job which at first I didn`t think they had done because the car was so dirty but upon closer inspection I realized they had to have done something because there were obvious swirl marks all over my paint. The inside was still dirty and they didn`t even wipe down my dash or my cupholders. I also found several large scratches which I`m positive weren`t there before I handed over the car but of course they always deny that anything they could`ve done could scratch it. It was obvious that they hurried and tried to cut corners even though I waited for two hours. This place is amateur at best, do not waste your money!

This review is NOT for how they detail the care (I still have to experience that). It is for their customer service or the apparent lack of it. I have a Groupon for mobile/on-site car detailing for these guys. The Groupon says there is no charge for "Extra fee outside 15min of Cobb, Dekalb, and Fulton counties" . Mind it - it says 15 minutes from these counties NOT from their location. Still when I tried... view more to schedule an appointment for mobile detailing they said they will charge me $17 plus some change extra to come to my Woodstock home which is less than 5 miles from Cobb county line. Anyways, they gave me an appointment for 4th August and never showed up. I had to leave a message as to what was going on. They called me back saying since it is raining I should reschedule. Shouldn`t they have called me up when they decided to cancel? BTW, it was raining in their area not mine so they could have detailed my car if they wanted!! I call them again to reschedule and they tell me they do not have anything available till end of September!! Should they not give me preference because they cancelled my appointment? I said I`ll come by on Saturday to get it done on-site. I ask them till what time they are open - the woman who picked up the phone said 5pm. Their website says this: " Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. | Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. | Sunday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m." I tell her that and she still says says well it`s 5pm. Will it be too much for them to update their website? I have seen their reviews and know that they are good at what they do. Since I have not been lucky enough to get an appointment, I have no idea. But after I use my Groupon I might never go back. If they have aversion to customers who use a discounted voucher for their service, they should not have used Groupon to advertise.

I agree with JRLynne. If it`s not because of the deal, I would NEVER step food into their unappealing business settings. I got a Groupon Deal and took my car to get detailed. According to the Groupon value, it was suppose to be a $185 worth full detailing, instead, the result was not quiet satisfactory. The wax residue were remain in several places. You thought for a detailing job, at least they will wipe the interior clean on all surface, instead they only clean the dash board (literally, the small front facing area of the dash board; sure its as described in Groupon). The shampoo job they did was okay. One complain I have is the entire car smells like soapy chemical for more than a week. I`ve got headache breathing in the chemical infused air. I probably have to try baking soda to get rid of the smell. All I have to say is, I got what I paid for. It`s totally not a DETAILING job I imagined I would get, but a regular basic car wash. Not happy about it. :(

I was also dissatisfied with the Luxury Wash certificate deal. I wish they didn`t expire. I bought them weeks before I gave them as presents, so that used a few weeks off the 6 month window, and not having a car after a car wreck that totaled the car also used a month of the 6 window. I have always had a great experience at Luxury Wash, I bring my car in looking crappy because I don`t get it wash very often, but by the time these guys are done, my car is shiny, clean & smelling good. Always Satisfied.

I bought a coupon to get me & my boyfriends suv`s detailed, I wasn`t sure if I would be satisfied or not, but the guy who detailed I trucks did a good job, inside & out, my truck my really dirty inside & he had the interior looking new. Overall I was really pleased.
