Unrepaired Transmission

I picked up my vehicle on 7/27/09 after transmission repairs, the next day the transmission began slipping again, Above All told me that they used a new person to do my vehicle because their normal mechanic was unavailable & they promised it will never happen again & for me to bring it back in. Above All knew my car was not fixed at the time they gave it to me because they have to test drive it after its fixe... view mored so I know they had to have known. So, I took my vehicle back again on 7/30/09 to be repaired, I received it again on 8/11/09 and the transmission was still slipping, once again I was told that a new person was working on my vehicle, once again they gave my car back to me knowing it was not fixed properly because they test drove it. I called on 8/12/09 to let them know the transmission was still slipping (which I`m sure they knew). I explained to Above All that I cannot continue without transportation, so they asked me to bring the car back to them on Friday 8/14/09 & they would work on it over the weekend for the 3rd time & if it was not completed by Monday they would pay for me a rental car. At this point I began to wonder how many times I was going to have to take it back before my 1 year warranty expired. Unfortunately I had an accident in the vehicle because I was trying to switch lanes and the transmission would not pull & I ended up getting hit by another car. So I informed Anita what had happened & I would not be able to bring them my car on 8/14/09. My insurance covered the wreckage but I had to pay a $500 deductible and at that point me & my spouse did not want to spend any more $ on repairs for the vehicle or take it back to Above All because it was evident they could not repair it, so we traded it in for a more dependable car even though we had paid Above All $1673.00 to repair the vehicle. I asked Above All if they would be willing to refund me only the cost of labor given the circumstances they have attempted twice to fix the vehicle, it caused me to have an accident and I had to purchase a new vehicle. They refused stating that I had a 1 year warranty & that they wanted me to keep bringing it back so they could "fix it". How many times do I have to bring it back before my 1 year warranty expires? Above All then proceeds to try to tell me a story of another customer with the same problem which leads me to believe this happens regularly for them & my incident was not isolated. My trust with them was completely gone by the 2nd time I had to return the vehicle and I was told the same story about a new mechanic and the fact that they continued to tell me my vehicle was repaired, let me drive off of the lot knowing the vehicle had not been fixed properly. I explained to Above All that my receipt shows I only paid them $136 for labor but they told me that the labor costs for $136 was for something else and my cost for labor for the transmission was $400 but I did not see that on the receipt anywhere. So I asked them if they would at least give me back the $136 and they still refused.
