Monday morning I called to tell them I had an exhaust leak. CO in passenger cabin = dangerous. They told me it could be fixed Wednesday. Wednesday they said they confirmed it was an exhaust leak and could not fix it for a week, because only one employee qualified to fix exhaust, and he was too busy. I needed the truck for out of town trip starting Saturday. Had to cancel 10 days worth of travel plans. This ... view moredealership could have warned me Monday morning that they did not have the manpower to fix this thing Wednesday. They could have called other dealerships to make arrangements to have someone else fix it. They could have squeezed it on for a quick repair. But they refused everything. I begged them to try to fix it the next day, and they laughed at me. Laughed at me. DO NOT take any vehicle to City Motor`s Ford`s service department. There are too many good Ford dealerships and less expensive private mechanics close by that take their work seriously, and care about their customers. It is well worth a little extra drive to go elsewhere. BE WARNED.
