Gave me an appointment 2 days out with an 8 hour window for their tech. Was told that they would call 1 hour before. They never called or showed to repair my vehicle I called my insurance and went to someone else..

Defective and leaky windshield

Not good. bad windshield and it leaked. waited three days from 9-5 before we finally got a windshield.....doh

Well, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, suffice it to say, if you are reading this, I would tell you to find ANYother company on the planet to work with.....peace....

I needed to have the back wind...

I needed to have the back windshield replaced. The owner called me to tell me he would come between 1 and 5. He did not know how much it would cost, He said he would call me back within 10 minutes, he didn`t . I called him back an hour later to get the price which seemed to be higher than one other place that I called. He did offer me a used windshield for $100 less than the new one. When I agreed to the price, he s... view moreaid he would be there sometime after 2pm. I went to run an errand and while I was still at the store he called me around 12:30pm to tell me he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. I reminded him that he said he would come after 2pm. He told me he could meet me in the parking lot of the store and replace the windshield there. I agreed. He came and replaced it quickly, leaving behind a mess of broken glass in the parking lot. He did accept a personal check which he wanted to be made out to him personally. I forgot to ask for a receipt and he did not offer one. He did tell me that the windshield was guaranteed for life, though. Since I forgot to get a receipt I called him several times when I got home and asked him to supply me with one. He said he would come the next day and give me one. He did not. So, if I have a problem with the windshield, I guess I am out of luck since I have no receipt from the company nor proof that an employee from this company installed it. I would not recommend this company to a friend because his customer service was poor and unreliable and untrustworthy. .
