My truck dropped it`s transmis...

My truck dropped it`s transmission and I had a friend drop me off at Jeff D`Ambrosio . The Staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me into a nice 2008 KIA with my less then stellar credit. They give me a 90 day warranty on the power train, the car had been carefully cleaned and was in very good shape for it`s age. It was very hassle free and friendly I would recommend to any one.

Handled a very difficult situation which involved a trade in vehicle that was a manufacturer lemon with professionalism. The general manager went out of his way to make sure the transaction went smoothly. Based on this experience I will do business with them again.

I bought a car from here... totaled my previous car and they took great care of me gave me plenty of time to come up with my down payment....GM was great took great care of me seeing as they replaced my windshield free of charge a month and a half later.. i recommend anyone to go here great people from sales (Chris ) to finance (Dave) FYI bought a Toyota Tundra Crewmax great price.... keep it up!!!!!

Pleased to see that a friend who referred me was right on the money. She said she came to Jeff D`Ambrosio and was just looking and ended up getting a newer car for a cheaper monthly payment. Got to a car website online, and ended up at our local dealer Jeff D`Ambrosio. Found 2 cars of interest, called and set up a time to test drive the cars. Was very pleased that they had them still and the price online was cheaper then the price they said over the phone. They give an internet discount! Great salesman, great experience, great warranty. I am a fan of all of these qualities. I feel Jeff D`Ambrosio had them all. I am glad that I chose them, over any other dealer I have been too. They were top notch to me and my wife. I will definitely look forward to Service experience.

Poor Customer Service!!

I never received my $100 refundable deposit back to hold a car from Brett Coe that I I was told I would receive if I was not going to get the car or after 3 weeks passed. I spoke with a manager on the situation and I was told I would receive a return phone call and my refund, however, they never responded.
