I liked the way I was treated and best of all I like the price I got. I did do lots of shopping around even though thats so exhausting. I am confident I got the best price I could find for the car I wanted. When I made my decision I was very happy that it all went relatively fast with no bumps in the road. I purchased my VW through another dealer before D`Ambrosio VW opened. I was very excited when they did open because they were close to my home. Initially, they had an incredible service manager and I was thrilled with their service. Unfortunately, she is no longer there and their service department has suffered because of this.

Recently I had warranty work done on my car. They were unable to complete the work ... view moreon the initial appointment since parts were needed that were not in stock. I picked up the car and was told they would call when the part was in. Although they completed some work, I did not receive a receipt. After a few business days without a call I called them to get an update. There was no record of service on my vehicle or my parts being ordered. Their service department actually transferred me around until I found someone in parts who took responsibility and found a way to help me. (I really appreciate his help after 30 minutes of this.) I brought the car in to complete the service and again received no receipt. A little more than a month later, I have the same issue again and will be scheduling at another dealer to get this corrected,

Prior to writing this review I completed an online survey from them regarding my service. Since I indicated I was unhappy with the service I received an auto-generated email stating that I would receive a call from them to discuss. After a week, I emailed the Service Director of the auto group and I still received no response. I feel like I gave them every opportunity to address my concerns prior to writing a bad review.

I strongly suggest finding another dealer to service your VW.

When me girlfriend and I decide we needed a new car we made a list of dealers to visit. When we got the Jeff Dambrosio were were greeted by a polite salesperson that helped us look at many makes and models. From our salesperson to the management they made the whole process smooth. I traveled far and passed many other dealers to go to Jeff D`ambrosio. A family friend bought a car there a few months back and when i mentioned I needed a car they told me to go there. Although it was far from where I live, I felt that it was way worth it. I got good service and a good price.
