Poor Workmanship

I do post repair inspections for consumers of collision repairs. An adjuster for an insurance company unwittingly trusted this shop to fix his Kia. While it is not a particularly valuable car, it was in good shape prior to his taking it to this shop. It left the shop in bad shape

2nd rate work

The work on by truck was passable but the problem was in the broken promises and poor quality parts used to repair a like new vehicle. Work was also subcontracted to another body shop.
