Denver autos seemed like a good place to go friendly staff nice cars we learned a costly lesson with Denver autos they will sell you cars that have high millage and bald tires charge 20% interest on a $1500 dollar car and ask $2000 down there stay away there gm gonzalo is a goon and his staff is very shady

I have been to the Federal loc...

I have been to the Federal location a few times to pick up a couple items for the vehicle I purchased from the Colfax location. All of the staff came to greet me immediately. They were very friendly, quick, and helpful. They took care of everything I needed, and then some. They all have assured me any maintenance that ever comes about on the car (and yes it will come ALL cars need maintenance, not just lemons), they ... view morewill handle at a very reasonable price. I have no reason to doubt them. I will and do recomend these guys to everyone.

I just love Denver autos inc I`ve gotten 2 cars from them now and have been more then satisfied with them both and had the best customer service. They know how to take care of you which is fantastic

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT!!!!

I recently bought a truck from Denver Autos, and I paid cash. They were super nice to me the day I came in looking for the vehicle, and they promised me the world (ie. we will fix this and that, and help you if ever you have a problem) Not even a week later I started having multiple MAJOR mechanical issues with the vehicle, and it was one big thing right after another! I took the car in and explained my problems, and... view more they were very rude, and unprofessional to me. They treated me like a bum off the streets!! It was like the manager there has 2 different personalities! I couldnt believe they were treating me so nasty, when they treated me good the day I purchased. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE! THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!! THEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL!!!

AWFUL SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE!

I went in to buy a car from Denver autos and was treated unfairly. I could tell they were profiling me right off the bat! Everyone seemed out of it, and slow. There was a tall guy dressed nice (the owner I think), and he had a scowl on his face the entire time. I felt extremely uncomfortable there! I walked in with a smile on my face and left ready to cry!! THREE different sets of customers walked in complaining abou... view moret mechanical problems, and the manager treated them like crap, dismissing them without hesitation!! There is no way I would become a customer after witnessing that mess !!! I would not recommend this dealer to anybody in fact I would tell anyone close to me NOT to go there !
