I had a completely different experience then the other two people According to their responses. I have a diesel truck that was not running to par I brought it in and Jason at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The fixed me truck that day !!! There mechanic Dan is very confident and know what he is talking about. I also had them install a Grease car kit which it took a while for the parts to come but ... view moreit has been worth it paid for its self in six months. I now bring all three of my cars to Eco performance to be serviced. Thanks Guys!

I`m a local Business owner and...

I`m a local Business owner and like to support local small businesses. I`ve called several times, emailed them, nothing...... Gone by the shop but the owner and main guy was not there just an employee who could not tell me much. Finally went by a 2nd time and talked to Jayson - He was kinda arrogant (later apologized). incompetent

I took my diesel truck in for a couple of problems I was having. My truck was in for 3 times for the same problems. My truck was extensively test driven, the same part was replaced several times saying it was a faulty part, or that they were given the wrong part number. I was never listened to about what symptoms my truck was having. The mechanics jumped to a diagnosis and refused to look any further than that di... view moreagnosis despite their not being able to fix the problem. They blamed the parts manufacturer for their own incompetence. The final straw was when I went to pick up my truck and was told they had &amp;quot;spaced it&amp;quot; and not even pulled it into the bay. I took my truck to a different mechanic who correctly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 24 hours. The guys at Eco Performance are very nice, but they do not listen to their clients and are really not up to the job of actually fixing something. Don`t waste your time taking your vehicle to them
