WORST DEALERSHIP

"WORST place you can go to buy a car" similar story happened to us as previous review but the problem was we got a loan to purchase a 2007 cadillac escalade the bank was in contact with bruce and i the other guy (whatever his name is) up until a friday they new that our loan had gone through and that we would be going to pick up the truck on the weekend our situation was complicated because my mother inlaw ... view moreand her friend were the ones on the loan and live in eureka, ca we drove them 5 hrs to auto exchange and drop off the check from the bank we got there only to get the runaround and find out they had taken the truck somewhere else first they said it was at a cadillac dealership showing it to a client, they said they called the bank on saturday to ask if we where picking up the vehicle because they where going to remove it, they said they figured the bank was closed so they decided to remove it anyways we became infuriated because our loan officer had spoken to them the day before, they new we where coming for it. They where acting shady didnt want to tell us where the truck was finally we found out they took it not to a cadillac dealership but to an auction which they promised to meet us there the following day to pick it up since the auction wouldnt be until the following tuesday so we drove back and they never made it to the auction site. We called like 100 times (no joke) when they did pick up bruce never new nothing and the other guy never called us back, they wasted our time, gas money and my mother inlaw lost 2 days of work, plus we rented a vehicle for the trip. I will make it my full time job to put this so called business threw the mudd i guarantee it!!!!!!!! This is a piece of crap place with piece of crap employees!!!!!!! Only giving it a star so i can post otherwise they wouldnt get nothing but the finger!!!!!!!
