T.K. is the reason I will not go back to this EZ Lube. He is all about SALES. Every time I go there for a simple synthetic oil change he somehow tries to add in unecessary services racking up my bill for no reason. I usally spend $70 on a Synthetic Oil Change and I had a $10 Coupon with me. He mentioned they were out of the oil i normally get but they have a different brand. I had to ask them to stop immediately and that every time i come here everything cost more and more. RIDICULOUS! I am done getting my car services at the Carmel Mountain EZ Lube and the reason is cause of T.K. Last time he threw in a EZ Card and didnt tell me it cost $40 to get it. REALLY?!?! I`m not surprised all the reviews are so horrible.

advertise 18.99 for oil change but then the total bill was 31.39, something doesn`t add up for 4 cylinder vehicle. If you gona charge more than advertise then save your money and don`t advertise. better yet, offer decent price and good service and advertisment will be done by word of mouth, reviews, facebook, etc. do not recommend this place at all. they also want to sell you other service that your car doesn`t... view more need. Just got done taking my 350Z to EZ Lube. This was my first time and last time taking my vehicle to EZ Lube. First of all, they inspect you car assuming that the person driving there own car has no clue about cars themselves. They make considerations about product offerings after product offerings and assure you that your car "needs" these various products, when really they are just trying to increase their ... view morebottom line figure. That was that, and I declined all the products as I knew these were not necessary at the time. Second, I purchase my own synthetic oil from Wal Mart as it saves a couple bucks. I told them I have purchased my own oil and the oil is sitting in my passenger seat. When paying for my service I noticed my oil was sitting in their inventory of oils. Weird right? So i ask them, what kind of oil did you put in my car and they reiterate that the oil put in my car was Mobile 1 synthetic, the one I brought. Yet, I pointed out to them that the oil was sitting in their inventory full. Bottom line, they attempted to steal my oil and put regular motor oil in my car so that they or there employees can sell my more expensive oil for a profit. Initially stealing from customers and there company itself. Ridiculous. Customer service did not offer to discount the oil change service. In my opinion, EZ Lube as a whole, needs to be careful of what kind of people are hired to represent the face of their company. This is important for future customer loyalty. This event signaled a lost customer and I will guarentee that my story will be told to others that are serviced by EZ Lube. Carmel Mountain Ranch EZ Lube.

I hate being the person with the bad news but unfortunately this particular EZ Lube doesn?ˆ™t seem to have the most qualified people working there. I have been going to this place for a little while and have had 2 separate occasions where I have been there for an oil change and have had to return the next day to do to oil leaking from my car, as well as seeing one of the workers make fun of an older customer right in f... view moreront of an office full of customers. While I was waiting for my car I heard this worker state that he was the manager on duty that day, which I hope was untrue considering the way he acted. The situation was that one customer had came in a little confused if her car was done and where she pays for it, etc and he just snapped at her to wait and they?ˆ™d call her when it was done. She was very nice and said ?ˆ?ok?ˆ? and went outside, he then proceeded to make fun of her (loud enough for all to hear) and was laughing because of her age and because she was confused about what was happening, which is just wrong, and doesn`t give you the best feeling about the place.
As far as my car goes I was told the oil leaks I had after being there were because they hadn?ˆ™t replaced the old oil seal, and things were fine after they fixed it. The good thing about this place was that they were always quick to fix the issues, and the manager (the second time) was very helpful and apologized for the issues and returned my money. I definitely won?ˆ™t be going back to this place, and I tried to give them a second chance after the first mistake but it happened again, which leads me to believe they need to get their folks trained or re-trained so they don?ˆ™t have repeat issues like this.

Beware of the actual service provided, and check under your hood before you leave the parking lot. While I was waiting for my car, another customer called in to report that his oil cap was discovered missing when he opened his hood at home. The "Crew Leader" told him to go to a parts store and then bring the receipt in for reimbursement. I was supposed to get a "14 Point" inspection which i... view morencludes topping off of any low fluid levels. Well, nothing was topped off dispite existing low level conditions. They tried to get me to have my transmission fluid serviced. When I said no, they kept trying to bargain on a price. I said no, and guess what? When I checked under the hood, I found they had left the transmission dip stick sticking out. They did not even check my tire pressures as advertised with "14 Point" inspection. One of the cashiers was nice enough to take the time to do it herself after I paid the bill. My recommendation: If you absolutely have no other choice than to get your vehicle serviced here is to WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK and never let your vehicle out of your sight while it is in their servicing bay.

My husband called the Carmel Mountain Ranch EZ Lube to get a quote on an oil change for a 2005 hybrid vehicle. He was told that the oil costs anywhere from $9-$12/quart. He was told that the oil change would cost us $79.00. I have gone to HonTech Automotive (San Diego) since I purchased my car 3 years ago, they only charged me $20 for the entire service.
