Horrible Communication, Extremely Slow......

I don`t even know where to start. After I dropped our car off at the dealership for a scheduled appointment, it took 5 days to diagnose a new spark plug / wire failure. It took an additional 3 days to get it fixed. 8 days for a spark plug fix!!! In addition, they billed us for $30 of gas, put 100 miles on the car during the week+ they had it, and we got it back with an empty tank. Glad we could provide someone w... view moreith transportation and fuel for a week!!! While it was there we also had them diagnose a problem with our satellite radio/Bluetooth which were not working. They submitted a claim to our warranty company and here we are, over a month later, and they keep telling us that they are waiting for an authorization from the warranty. I took it upon myself to call the warranty company this morning and found out that they haven`t submitted any documentation for the repair. They only sent over a dollar amount to replace it (no part number, replacement options, etc.). Every time my wife or I call we get a run-around. The service manager never returns our voicemails we leave for him and has our incompetent service advisor call is with the same story. We thought we should have our VW serviced at the local dealership, but apparently they can`t get the job done. Not a pleasant experience, not going to be a returning customer. STAY AWAY !!!

Prompt service. Parts guy confirmed with a specialist that he was ordering me the right part - a part no one within miles had. Thankfully Murrieta VW still supports my (not so new) VW.

The people are great

This was my 2nd purchase and I can honestly say I felt taken care of, even after having the car for 2 days and the tire blew out. But you guys took care of it. Thank you for standing behind your product. I wish it could have been done faster but your guys apologized all the way through the process, called me to keep me informed and overall they took care of me.

First class service

This is my second lease of a car from Murrieta VW as I was completely satisfied with my first lease. The sales team, finance team, and service department personnel have always been first rate. I have seldom felt comfortable at a car dealership, but the Murrieta VW dealership has changed that perspective. I have nothing bad to say about my experiences with this dealership. Chad in service rocks!

Easiest VW transaction yet!

I purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta from Murrieta Volkswagen a few days back and it was definitely a pleasant transaction.

Justin Short and his teammate Link definitely had a different approach than most sleazy sales guys I`ve dealt with before. Mr. Short and Link are truly a credit to the VW brand.
