Terrible service, slow and sloppy

They talk a good game to get you in by being really nice, appearing to be helpful to set you up with a rental car (which they push for really hard, an indication some shady deal is going on between them and rent-a-prise). I have a Honda and they told me the repairs would take 2 weeks and that they order Honda parts new and would have it inspected by a Honda dealership for certification on their repairs. After two w... view moreeeks they promised it would be done on Tuesday so I waited out the extra days. Then they said it would be ready on Friday. It took 3 and a half weeks before my car was ready. When I picked it up, there were scratches on the part they re-painted and they never took it for the Honda certification. I had to take it myself. I have a feeling they didn`t even use new parts because if it was new why was it scratched! On top of that they charged the insurance 4800 to fix it and the receipt I got for parts only equaled 700 dollars. I don`t trust these people. I think they are doing something shady and based on the quality of their work, I would not recommend them at all.

None Bar Complient

this place is a joke the guy actually buys work from tow truck drivers. I was standing there when a truck driver dropped off a vehicle and the guy says come back on friday to pick up your commission. When I first went there I saw nice cars parked in the drive way but its all a show he owns those cars. The quality of repair sad
and there not even California Bar Compliant. So next time your there have him do the ... view morework then call the Bar and have them do a free inspection on your vehicle show them your estimate and you will get all your money back. Stay away if you can. and if you already used them get a second opinion on the quality.
