These guys are amazing. After being to so many places over the years, it was so nice to finally come across a group I feel I can trust. They are very fast, very nice, and honest. I requested a new air filter and they came back to tell me it was clean and I didn`t need it yet. I`ll never be anywhere again. And their fresh coffee is actually very good!!!

Thieves at Jiffy Lube!!!

I had an issue with Jiffy Lube in Southeast Missouri many, many years
ago. They were to replace my air filter and when I got home, I noticed
that my hood was messed up. When I opened my hood, the air filter was
not hooked back up to the car and their screw driver was sitting on top
of it. I haven`t used them since that incident. The Valvoline chain
is
crappy too. They are suppose to grease you... view morer ball bearings to keep them
from breaking , then when I took my Blazer into the Chevy dealer for
a
60,000 mile check, they told me that they were bad and had not been
greased in quite some time.

I have a very bad story about Jiffy Lube...I went to
one next to my house in Pasadena and I had money
inside the console glove box, one $20 dollar bill, and
it was gone when I got my car back. I know one of the
two people stole it because I was starving when I got
my car back and open the box and it was gone. I
confronted the losers, Todd and Ana, and they denied
ever seeing anything in the glove box...thing is, I
neve mentioned it was IN the glove box.

I wrote to corporate about it and they never got back
to me.

I HATE JIFFY LUBE!!!

They Do More Than Just Change Your Oil

I like this location in particular because of the extras. They actually do vacuum and fill brake fluid and tires. They don`t just have this checklist and do the bare minimum. Better yet you can go to the gym or to Costco while you`re getting your oil changed. When you`re done your car is waiting for you. The place is always busy but they take a lot less time than other places I`ve been to. They also have a freq... view moreuent buyer card so each oil change gets discounted more than the previous one.
