Can I give NEGATIVE star ratings??
I couldn`t agree more with other posters about how AWFUL this dealership is! I refuse to use their service department because of their sky high overpricing and when I was interested in a car I found their sales staff to be rude, incompetent, sloppily dressed, arrogant and over all unprofessional. The ""internet"" sales women acted as if they knew everything but they had no idea WTF they were talking about. There is a... view more ""manager"" (I believe he is the owner`s son - rolling eyes) and that guy was just a jerk. Very creepy people! It is obvious they care only about making money at this hole of a dealership and I will make sure everyone in the area I know knows about my TERRIBLE experience with these people. One word that sums up this place... YUCK!! You would expect much more from a place in Santa Barbara. Stay far away!!!!

Worst dealership ever!!!
Bought a 30K GMC Acadia from Graham. They delivered the car with no gas, without being detailed and broken air conditioning. The car was not under warranty and when I asked them to fix the problems they told me they didn`t make any money on the deal and refused to fix it.

Graham next time you sell a car just make some money so you don`t have to tell the customer you will not fix it when you sold it broken!... view more!!. I would rather have paid a little bit more for the car and have them honor the repair. Now I have no respect, will never go back and will blast that dealership to every person I know in SB.

Oh and did I mention the car is currently in the shop 8 months later with a busted throttle motor and the electrical is out on the vehicle.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!

Great Experience
I just bought my Cadillac CTS from Graham Chevrolet Cadillac. It was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. They truly listened to what I wanted and found me that exact car. My salesperson, Robin Tidd and her managers were highly professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Stay Away from This Dealer- A True Sob Story
I was thinking of selling one of my 9-3?ˆ?s (2001) to make room for the new 9-5 model however I would have to drive 100+ miles to purchase and service the vehicle because I would rather spend 3 hours of driving through smog filled Los Angeles traffic (on a Monday) than take my car (or buy a new SAAB) to Graham SAAB.

My recent (and last) visits to the dealer were horrible. The service staff is arrogant, unhelpfu... view morel, and rude. The technicians are not SAAB knowledgeable although they will tell you otherwise (i.e.: simple adjustment to my 9-3 sunroof required 7 visits to this dealer and still no fix), and a misdiagnosis (car was stalling out and the service department dismissed it as poor gas) left me stranded. Car was subsequently towed to SAAB of Santa Monica where the issue was addressed (needed new ignition cassette) and fixed immediately.

What makes matters worse are their slimy, bottom-feeder-like car salesman who have limited knowledge about the cars they sell.

I have complained to SAAB USA about my experience but they seem the very least concerned about it.
RUN dont walk from this dealer!!!!

Do Not Trust The Service Center
I took my car in for an oil change, and asked the Service Center to please take a look at what might be causing the loud rumbling sound my car was making at highway speeds. When Diego, the service technician assigned to my case, called me a few hours later, he told me that both my rear hub bearings needed to be replaced. He quoted me an estimate for parts and labor of $900.

My brother-in-law, a Service Techni... view morecian across the country, so I called him to double check that price. He was floored, first stating that its extremely rare for BOTH rear hub bearings to need replacing at the same time, and that according to numerous industry standard websites, the procedure take .6 of an hour to complete. I then began calling other service centers in the Santa Barbara area to ask their opinions, and each and every one of the service technicians I spoke with agreed with my brother-in-law. One gentleman even called it ""suspicious"" that BOTH bearings needed attention.

Diego was telling me that more work needed to be done on my car than was necessary, and he was charging me $420 for less than an hour`s worth of work.

When I called back to tell him I had done some research, and would not only be taking my business elsewhere, but would also be advising others to do the same, he responded with a flip, ""Ok, no problem. Goodbye."" He coudn`t have cared less.

I am well aware the car dealerships are notorious for their potential for shady dealings, but I was surprised at how exaggerated and blatent Graham Chevrolet acted in their obvious lack of ethics and integrity. I will be sharing my experience with the local newspaper and any review outlet I can find.

Graham Chevrolet--a shameful disgrace to the industry.

(Oh, and I ended up finding an honest, capable mechanic who fixed the car beautifully for a grand total of less than $200. Turns out, my car only needed one hub bearing after all. It literally paid--$700-- to go elsewhere!)

Worst repair shop - overcharging customers
Do not go this repair shop- not only do they overcharge customers but are rude. Had a dear friend take their car in and was quoted an outrageous amount. They took their car in to a local shop and saved hundreds of dollars.

Big City Professionals With Family Owned Service.
I buy and sell cars a lot (was an Auto Broker. ) One of my favourite dealers? The Graham Family. They`ve been great to this community, generous, and supportive- donating locally... so when I`m looking to buy I check local websites FIRST. If you have a problem you can go right to them and they take great care of you. They don`t just sell you a car and you`re on your own from there. You get great service and nift... view morey accesories. You can`t get that kind of support from strangers.
