1970 Dodge Charger on 2040-cars
Keno, Oregon, United States
For sale is a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T. It is an original EK2 go mango/vitamin
C orange stripe delete car, AM radio, deep dish wheel covers and hood pin delete. A true sleeper! In 1996 when it
was time to restore this car, it didn't need much as far as sheet metal or interior. Car was taken to bare metal
and quarter patches where needed, trunk floor and extensions and a better hood that came off a wrecked R/T. That's
where the hood pins come in. Base-clear of the original color was applied along with a bumblebee stripe. All
chrome was triple plated and stainless was polished. Engine was rebuilt with a 280 duration purple shaft cam and
no overbore was necessary. Trans rebuilt and replaced all suspension bushings. New fuel tank, fuel and brake
lines. Recently rebuilt the carburetor and replaced vapor separator. 4 row radiator was installed. New headlamp
relay for concealed headlamps.

Redonkulous Dodge Charger is ridin' high
Wed, 18 Sep 2013We're a bit hazy on the styling of this particular donk, which was recently spotted hashing about by HotCarsTV at the Southern Heritage Classic Car show in Memphis. Sporting a dope paint job and some wheels that make a blunt statement about what the driver enjoys, it's a unique take on the popular customizing trend.
The owner may be kiefing it real with the theme on this Dodge Charger, but when your car looks like this, it's easy to weed out from the crowd. Chronic police stops must also make it a pain to drive on a regular basis, though. Even with the big wheels, we bet the driver still finds time to light 'em up. Take a look down below for a brief video of this outrageous mean green machine on the road.
Weekly Recap: Things you might not know about the 2015 Dodge Charger and Challenger Hellcats
Sat, 16 Aug 2014If you're an enthusiast, and you don't know that Dodge spawned another Hellcat this week, you really must have been living in cave. The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is probably the biggest news for enthusiasts since the reveal of, well the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.
But, there are some things you might not know or might have missed about the new Charger and Challenger Hellcats. For starters, reports that the Hellcat production would be limited to a low volume are not true.
"We have not capped the Hellcat on either the Challenger or the Charger," Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said.
2013 Dodge Challenger V6 recalled for fire risk, owners asked not to drive
Sun, 17 Mar 2013Chrysler has issued a recall for the V6 version of the 2013 Dodge Challenger (as pictured above in 2012MY) over the possibility of a wiring harness that could short circuit and lead to a fire. Owners of these V6 Challengers built from November 2012 through January 2013 are being urged to contact dealers immediately and, in the meantime, not to drive their cars or park in or near any buildings.
Chrysler estimates around 2,500 potentially affected Challengers are in owners' hands, while another 1,900 are still sitting on dealer lots. The total number of recalled vehicles is 4,459.
So far, Chrysler says that seven fires have been reported - none resulting in injuries. The company is instructing vehicle owners to contact their dealer to find out if their vehicle is included in the recall, but owners can also find the build date information of their vehicle by checking the label in the driver's door jamb.
