Fees: All sales are subject to a flat $495 Documentary Fees. Miami Dade County, Florida residents pay 6%  first $5.000,00 plus 1%  rest of amount  sales tax,  and separately,  registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.

We will not sell a car to someone with zero feedback. We've learned the hard way. If you want to bid on a car and you have zero feedback, you MUST call us first and confirm your ability and willingness to pay for the car. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 10  calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold in "As Is" condition. Some vehicles may still be under the original factory warranty, Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of our time, vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production and lost productivity.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Miami Dade County, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Miami Dade County, Florida. and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Miami Dade County, Florida. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Miami Dade County, Florida.

We have done our best to accurately describe this vehicle. Please keep in mind, these are USED vehicles and there is NO SUCH THING as perfect condition. As with most pre-owned vehicles, minor wear such as scratches and dings may be discernible and degree of wear is often related to age of the vehicle. We check to assure no odometer rollback, salvaged titles, reconditioned titles or flood cars (unless it's stated otherwise). We do our best to describe them accurately and we welcome and encourage pre-delivery inspections. It is up to the buyer to see and further inspect the car, if they so choose, before the end of the auction.
