1970 Chevrolet Chevelle on 2040-cars
Abrams, Wisconsin, United States
If you have more questions or want more details please email : marvincunas@netzero.net .
This is a beautiful, show quality 1970 Chevelle SS that is one of the nicest, most detailed Chevelle’s in the
world. Every nut and bolt was removed during this frame off restoration.
I’m a fanatic so I wanted everything to be perfect and work performed only by the best and someone specializing
in their field. I wanted an engine that would always start right up, be dependable, and have good horse power so I
had a brand new turn-key 468 c.i. 550 h.p. motor built by Meier Performance Engines. They specialize in building
motors and they’re proven to be trouble-free and very dependable motors. Every nut and bolt was removed from the
car. Any steel part that could go through an oven was stripped and powder coat painted for a long lasting
rust-free application. Other parts were sent out to a show quality chrome plater.

Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette
Mon, 07 Oct 2013How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
2013 Chevy COPO Camaro announced with two new engines and manual option
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Chevrolet is following up the 2012 COPO Camaro with another limited run of the drag-strip-ready production car for 2013. Ditching the superchargers, the 2013 COPO Camaro can only be equipped with one of three naturally aspirated V8 engines, and other new features include the option of a manual transmission, new front springs, some minor styling changes and a lower starting price of $86,000. All cars are designed to abide by the rules of the NHRA's Stock Eliminator or Super Stock classifications, depending on in which series buyers wish to enter their Chevrolet Camaro.
Returning for 2013 is the 427-cubic-inch V8 producing 425 horsepower, but the new engines include a 325-hp 350-CID V8 and a 375-hp 396-CID V8. Buyers can select to purchase all three engines, and each will be matched with the sequence number of that car; the track-only COPO cars will not have vehicle identification numbers and can't be registered for street use.
Chevrolet is also offering unique enthusiast-specific options such as a COPO Build Book and the opportunity for owners to help assemble their car's engine at the Chevrolet Performance Build Center in Wixom, MI.
