NO RESERVE.   BARN FIND.....1973 Plymouth CUDA 340, 4-Speed, 1-Owner Export Car.  REAL DEAL Numbers Matching.   This is a very unusual find and optioned car; please read the full details and call with any questions.  I can only give my personal opinion and details from what I was told and based on my inspection. Buyer inspection welcome.  Check out the video above; she starts right up, shifts into all gears correctly, but does not brake as good.   This car will drive on and off a trailer but has not been driven in many years so will need to be transported.  Bottom line, here is a great investment quailty restoration project.  Numbers details; VIN: BS23H3B230064.  Fender Tag shows the following codes (Also, see pic)....R11, V6X, EN2, M21, M25, M31, M88, N41, N42, GB5, I, B41, C16, C56, J54, GB5, A6B5, 000, B16, E31683, E55, D21, BS23, H3B, 230064.  Export tag on fender and vin stamped in radiator support.  History details; This cuda was purchased on 8-1-1972 by Jounny Ragan and factory exported to Japan, the export tag is still on the car next to the fender tag.  The car is semi very original, it has had some repair work in the trunk lid and the rear quarters, car is Factory GB5 blue, but was repainted a darker exterior blue and some of the interior panels were painted a darker blue 20+ years ago.  Owner disclosed that she has her original engine, transmission and rear-end.  The factory rear defrost and radio have not been removed.  Wipers work, headlights and side lights come on, didnt see the tail lights on.  I was told for the past 20 years she has been sitting under a car port as the owner could no longer drive her.  I know this sounds crazy, but we added a battery and about 10 gallons of gas and it didnt take much for her to start up.  The destributor has been changed out, dont know if the carburator is original or not...see pics.  I have had this car in our shop for the past year and I wanted to restore this car to factory original; but bottom line, we are a Mustang restoration and custom build business, so this car needs to be in the hands of a Mopar expert that can do her justice.  The car has some original delivery papers with her and original owners manual.  I have only stored and driven the car short distances since the find about a year ago.  I have not looked for build sheets other then putting my hand under the seats and didnt find anything.  Rust Issues:  Trunk floor and lower rear quarter panels are rusted as you can see in the pictures.  The battery tray is rusted out, but under that, it looks good.  The lower rear quarters show rust effected the outside sheet metal more then the inside, as you can see in the picture.  However with out pulling the car 100% apart and media blasting it, you never know 100%.  The trunk lid has had previous bondo work, may require a new trunk lid depends on cost and skill level of work.  Overall Opion:  The car had a cheap repaint 20+ years ago.  I was suprised how she fired up and so many items on her worked.  She seams all there and with the desirable factory and options, this would make a great and rare car to restore that also has great investment potentional, thats why I bought the car.  But with our business, the car would sit for 2-3 years before I could even start on it.  Call me at 682-333-7433 with any questions.  Yes I like the car and yes I see the potential, but dont bid on this car if you your not sure what your doing. This car has been sitting; she has not been on the road and may need everything restored, reconditioned, rebuilt or replaced...I dont know and neither will anyone else untill the restoration process begins.
