Just applied, and I'll have a clear title in about 90 days...I have a signed title from the

owner, but a "buyer" filled in buyers section then never did anything else...then it sat for

24 years...I

will be getting a clean title...its not really an issue...just have to wait on the state to

process the paperwork

but I need to clear my yard in preparation for boat

season (We also do boat restorations for Rolesville Marina)
