Hans Hoffman and Wayne Corley worked together at a Porsche dealer and through their mutual clients and attending track events became friends. Jacky Roffe was a client of both Hans and Wayne and also enjoyed taking his Porsche to the track. When Hans was offered the opportunity to open the first RUF dealer in North America, he invited Wayne and Jacky to join him. Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 214-269-1570 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $2000.00 must also be received with 24 hours, or the next business day, of auction close.  Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.  As are all of our vehicles, this vehicle is advertised locally for sale.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. RAC Performance recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

RAC Performance accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee and a $100 admin fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.001987%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
