You will be purchasing this vehicle directly from him, the current owner. He purchased this vehicle about three years ago. At that time, the vehicle was still all stock and very clean. He then proceeded to have it customized into what it is now. All of the work was professionally done to a high level of standard. It was original ordered from Chevrolet with over $5,800 worth of extra options such as the "2LT" Equipment Package, the more powerful 2.4L DOHC High Output Engine, Power Moonroof, and Enhanced Sound Package. Even this unique paint color was an added cost.

Body & Paint:

The exterior factory paint color is called "Mystique Blue Flash Metallic". (Code 39) This Mystique Blue Flash Metallic color has a purplish glow high lights that can be seen in the sunlight. It was an option with an added cost from Chevrolet when the vehicle was new. Custom flames were then professionally painted on the hood and down both sides of the vehicle a few years ago. The flames are done in two different color shades and are a little more visible than ghost flames but not too loud. Very tastefully done. They look great. The rear quarter sections have "Special Delivery" painted on them in an oval pattern. This makes the vehicle look a lot like the old retro style sedan delivery panel vans. It also has a custom E&G stainless chrome grille that goes very well with the factory chrome appearance package. It also has a rear roof spoiler, driving/fog lights, color matching running boards, molded mud flaps, and a factory power moonroof. The overall condition of the paint and body is excellent.

Chrome - Trim:

The vehicle came from the factory with the Bright Chrome Appearance Trim Package. Chrome mirrors, door handles, back hatch, upper & lower grille surrounds, and headlight/taillights bezels. All of these items are in excellent condition.

Interior:

The interior is done in Ebony Black and Blue. The blue inserts were professionally added to the seats and front door panels. Blue panels were also added on the rear doors and cargo area. It has matching blue floor and cargo mats. The letters "HHR" were embroidered into the head rests. A silver metallic console kit was added along with a blue steering wheel cover. The vehicle is also loaded with most of the factory options: Power Moonroof, Premium AM/FM/CD Sound System with audio controls on the steering wheel, Power Driver's Seat, OnStar, Power Locks, Power Windows, and Driving/Fog lights. It also has keyless entry with remote start. (Two key Fobs) The interior is in excellent condition and was never smoked in. (Non-smoking vehicle)

Glass:

The two front door windows are tinted with a medium tint. The rear window has a factory tint. All of the glass pieces are in excellent condition. The power windows are working great. Rear windows defroster. No problems.

Wheels & Tires:

It has new 18" chrome spoke custom wheels made by Chrome Xpressions. (CX) Mounted on these wheels are four new Thunder D7 Delinte high preformance all season radial tires. Size 225/45ZR18. These new wheels and tires have only around 300 easy miles on them. Both are in excellent condition without any scratches or curb rash.

Engine Compartment:

The vehicle has the optional larger 2.4 Litre DOHC 16 VVT 4-cylinder EcoTec engine. It is rating at 172 hp @5,800 rpm. Listed @ 22 MPG City/28 MPG Highway. It has 22,500 original miles. All of the proper maintenance has been performed over the years. It is also currently up to date with all the scheduled maintenance. The engine compartment is extremely clean and looks almost new. There are no known problems with the engine, the automatic transmission or anything else on this vehicle. Great speed and pick up. A true joy to drive! Of course it has Power Steering, Power ABS Brakes, Traction Control, and Air Conditioning.

Exhaust - Brakes - Suspension:

The exhaust system is stock and is in great shape. It has the factory chrome exhaust tip exiting at the rear. The stock ABS brakes are also in great condition. They do not squeak, pull, pulsate, or fade. The factory "FE3" sport suspension was upgraded with new Colbalt springs giving the vehicle a lower stance. The vehicle really looks good with this lower stance. Please view the photos to see this fact. The vehicle received an alignment after these springs were installed. (The original springs that were removed will go along with the sale of the vehicle also.)

Undercarriage:

The bottom is very clean and rust free. With only 22k miles, I doubt this HHR has seen too many days driving in inclement weather. There isn't any sprayed on under coating hiding any rust or problem areas. The bottom looks like it did when it left the factory.
Nine times out of ten, people selling a car would not talk about or take any photos of the underside.
The undercarriage tells you a lot about the vehicle, that is why I took a few pictures of the bottom.

Our goal at Classic Cars Online, LLC. is to broker positive transactions between buyers and owners. We help with listing and presenting vehicles on eBay for the owners. We are not in possession and we have not inspected this vehicle. The owner provides us the information and photos for the eBay auction and has stated the representations are true to the best of his/her knowledge.
We also have a "Risk Free" 7 day inspection period AFTER the auction for the winner bidder.

1) The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not Classic Cars Online, LLC. The owner states that the presentations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal responsibilities for the vehicle and representations.
2) At the conclusion of the auction and upon reception of a Five percent (5%) deposit, Classic Cars Online, LLC. will place the winning bidder in touch with the owner to arrange for inspection or transportation. Classic Cars Online will accept the deposit on behalf of the owner. This deposit is due within 3 days of auction closing. The deposit can be paid with a Certified Bank Check.
3) An Inspection of the vehicle is Highly Recommended and must be done within 7 days of auction closing. The remaining balance, is due to the owner at inspection/acceptance. *If inspection is not completed within 7 days, or buyer waves his choice to inspect the vehicle, the deposit is nonrefundable and the deal is finalized. The inspection can be done by the buyer personally or a third party inspector that the buyer hires.
4) Full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. You are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. Instead, you are purchasing a vehicle that is old and expected to have normal wear and tear from age. The vehicle is sold "as is" where is without any warranty implied or expressed. All sales are final once inspected or paid in full.
5) If the vehicle was found to be materially misrepresented at the inspection, your deposit is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase but this must be determined within the allotted seven (7) day inspection period. Regardless of our commitment to describe vehicles in as much detail as possible there will be imperfections. Failing to mention for example an item such as a small paint imperfection, a minor non-safety related item such as a switch etc, does not constitute refusal of the vehicle by the buyer. We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Taking a few photos of the misrepresented area for us to see, will help point out and confirm your concerns. "Changed my Mind" is not a valid excuse for your deposit to be refunded.
6) Bidding on this auction demonstrates your acceptance to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Cars Online, LLC. from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees.
7) PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. Your bid is a legally binding contract as eBay clearly states. We reserve the right to end the auction early. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure excellent auction integrity. Please do not ask the sellers reserve price as we will not disclose this information.
