Please note that experience shows us that the photobucket of over 100 large pixel pictures posted here are in most cases best viewed and downloaded using the very latest and most updated version of the 'Firefox' browser as some other browsers and especially older browser versions are not capable of accommodating the size of the download. Over the years our clients have overwhelmingly been appreciative of our many unaltered large pixel photos posted in our ads and our feedback has been that it is very rare that a dealer will post all but the most flattering of professionally finished photographs. We prefer to post the many photos taken of the car, in sometimes unflattering but natural sunlight, in order for our prospective buyers to be able to see true and reliable images of the car advertised and that is the reason for some seemingly duplicated shots. We trust you will agree.

West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional example of this classic and rare original southern California owner 1990 Jaguar XJS 5.3L V12 coupe with only 22K original miles! Gorgeous and very rare and desirable color combination of original factory 'Jet Black' (Code PDH) paint with factory chrome wire wheels and beautiful doeskin 'Saville Grey' (Trim Code LDY) leather interior! The Coupe model is very rare and desirable with only 2,939 models built in 1990 compared to 4,633 convertible/roadster models and with production finishing entirely in 1993.This particular car must be seen to be truly appreciated! A real head-turner!

This is the rare 5.3L V12 model with factory options including: electronic fuel injection, electronic ignition system, power 4 anti-lock wheel disc brakes, power rack & pinion steering, leather-bound tilt steering wheel with airbag, power tinted windows, heated rear window, power door locks, automatic temperature control, air conditioning, cruise control, trip computer, leather faced seats and trim, heated sport seats, power lumbar support, burled walnut facia and trim, deep pile carpet, 4 speaker 80W AM/FM Cassette Player (replaced with after market 'Kenwood' CD player) & power antenna, Halogen foglamps/headlights, heated power mirrors, dual coach stripes, chrome spoke alloy wheels and heated windshield washer.

Purchased by original and only owner at 'Southland Motors' of West Covina, California on 9/30/1990 and serviced initially there and later at 'Hornburg Jaguar' of Santa Monica, CA and 'Jaguar/Land Rover' of Newport Beach, CA. Please note that although the car was titled at the owners Michigan residence, the car has never left the state of California. Obviously always garaged with absolutely no rust and no accidents and a clean CARFAX report, owned by only one obviously very careful and mature southern California owner/driver since new - never abused, babied all the way!

The original factory 'Jet Black' paint is in absolutely excellent condition as is the original 'Saville Grey' color leather seats and interior. There are virtually no signs of any wear with the door panels, headliner and the carpets all in outstanding condition throughout. The car has been always primarily only dealer and Jaguar specialists serviced since new and the car will be sold with all its original owners manuals, dealer stamped 'Passport to Service' booklet and window sticker showing an original sales price of over $48K! The car's most recent service at 22,659 miles on 6/26/2014 included a new brake master cylinder, new brake pads and brake linings and A/C service.

Powered by one of the finest, race proven engines built by Jaguar, the smooth 5,344 c.c. V12 engine was a worthy successor to the XK series of Jaguar sports cars dating from the late 1940's and this particular engine is extremely strong and smooth running with excellent oil pressure and which does not burn or leak oil. The temperature always remains cool and the car drives exactly like a V12 Jaguar with such low miles should!

This must be one of the finest examples available anywhere of this classic and increasingly desirable and collectible rare V12 Jaguar, a truly luxurious smooth V12 ride and one of the last beautiful hand built cars from Jaguar's legendary Browns Lane, Coventry, England plant and a car that cost almost $49K new in 1990 (over $87K in todays money!) - this is probably the last classically beautiful design built by Jaguar in their long and famous history of classic lines - with these particular 2 door sports coupe models becoming harder to find in such all original condition with low miles and with this car having only one careful southern California owner since new who always garaged the car and primarily serviced the car at certified Jaguar mechanics or dealerships, this is one sure-fire classic car investment for the Jaguar enthusiast or simply any classic car lover!

You will certainly look long and hard to find a finer example of this immaculate and very rare and desirable V12 Jaguar XJS sports coupe with original factory paint and no history of any accidents, rust or 'stories' and all original owners dealer handbooks and tools and boasting only 22K original miles available anywhere else!
