The car we offer here is not new, it is used! Some maintenance items may need to be addressed, and there may be some wear consistent with the age and mileage of the car. Please read the description and review all photos carefully! If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!!

Warranty: All of my cars are sold "as-is".

Payment: The successful high bidder must make the non-refundable $500 PayPal deposit within 48 hours of auction close. Full payment is due within 7 days of auction close via certified funds. Cash in person, bank check, certified check, money orders or bank wire transfer are the only acceptable forms of payment.

Taxes & Title: You will be responsible for registration, taxes and title fees when you register the car in your home state. Philadelphia PA residents will be required to pay 8% sales tax on the high bid price. Pennsylvania residents exept Philadelphia PA residents will be required to pay 6% sales tax on the high bid price. All titles are in our possession and are "clean", with no liens or encumbrances.

Pickup: Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction close. I can issue a 30-day in transit temporary tag with a valid US drivers license and proof of insurance.

Fees: There is a non-negotiable $199 document fee added to the high bid price of each transaction. This helps cover the costs associated with the temp tag, transportation, title work and operating costs.
