2002 VW Eurovan Winnebago Camper.
After a year of outfitting this camper to where I wanted it for our family we have discovered it is a little cramped for a family of four. We have purchased a larger RV so reluctantly I am selling "Betty".
She comes with over 2 years and 32,000 miles left on her transferable warranty. Very valuable on a Eurovan. It covers engine, transmission, front and rear drive components, brakes, electrical, air conditioning, etc. nothing to worry about for over 2 years.
Everything works as it should. I have both keys and all factory books, receipts for transmission services, oil changes etc.
Below is a list of items that are in addition to a standard camper.
*Extended Warranty $2,200
*Fiamma 10ft Awning and stainless mount $950
*Go Westy lift and level kit $1,700
*ARB Aluminum roof rack with custom 1 off laser cut mounts $1,300
*In dash navigation unit $150
* Middle seat
*Bra and mirror covers
*Euro clear corner markers and upgraded headlights $150
*Custom made sheepskin covers $450
*Forged Audi wheels Powdercoated, including spare. $1,300
*New bfg mud terrain ta tires (5) spare too $1,000
*Black armor coating lower body. $1,200
*Solar trickle charger
*Stock wheels with good tires included (5)
*leather steering wheel wrap
*Interior roof webbing
* Locking pop up struts
*Hid lighting (needs to be wired)
*Rear step ladder
* 2 batteries, regular and deep cycle 1 year old $400
It will need a new canvas top, (it has a few holes in screens and a little dirty) $650-$730 for nice USA made replacement.
Also it has a couple dings and touched up scratches (closeup pics) but never wrecked or repainted!
Vehicle is for sale locally so I reserve right to end auction at any time.
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DONT HAVE THE FUNDS. BANKS WILL NOT LOAN FULL AMOUNT ON A 2002 VW EUROVAN.
Ask ALL questions before you bid please! 661-706-two six two six.

Toyota reclaims global sales crown, GM and VW not far behind
Mon, 28 Jan 2013TheDetroitBureau.com reports Toyota has retaken the global sales crown. The Japanese automaker turned out 9.75 million vehicles last year, putting it just ahead of General Motors, with 9.29 million vehicles. Volkswagen, meanwhile, filled out the podium by building 9.1 million units in 2012.
Still, Toyota numbers fell just below projections the automaker made earlier in the year, due largely to a fierce territorial dispute between Japan and China that has seen mainland buyers shun Japanese goods. But the news marks a substantial comeback for Toyota. The company fell to third place in the global production race in 2011 after tragic earthquake and tsunami caused several plant closures.
In Japan, Toyota enjoyed a sales increase of 35 percent over the previous year, while the company's worldwide sales jumped by 23 percent thanks in part to new additions to the Prius line. The automaker is forecasting yet another increase for 2013, with the company projecting to reach 9.91 million units this year. Neither Volkswagen nor GM have released their own projections just yet.
Volkswagen drops "GTi" lawsuit against Suzuki
Tue, 02 Oct 2012Way back in 2004, Volkswagen took umbrage with Suzuki being granted permission to use the nameplate "SWIFT GTi" for a performance variant of its small-car offering (2012 equivalent seen here). Now, eight years and surely some very steep legal bills later, VW has finally dropped its claim against Suzuki.
The General Court of the European Union stated, back in March of this year, that Suzuki's GTi registration could not be confused with VW's "Golf GTI." Volkswagen had appealed that ruling, though has now reportedly called off the dogs. In fact, Germany's Die Welt reports that the appeal has been dead for several weeks now.
This news comes amongst continued arbitration acrimony between the two automakers, all revolving around VW's forced divestiture of nearly 20-percent stake it purchased in Suzuki some two years ago.
New VW Beetle Convertible ad needs no disguise
Mon, 18 Feb 2013Convertibles make you do funny things. Ask someone if they'd drive a hardtop in near freezing temperatures with all the windows down and they might not even answer, thinking the question so ridiculous. Give that same person a convertible they love and you might just have to ask them to please put the top up even when snow is on the ground.
That guy has to take precautions to enjoy his proclivities, and as this new ad for the Volkswagen Beetle Convertible shows, not everyone understands. Have a watch below, and note that there's just one woman in the minute-long spot, and she's nowhere near the car. Seriously, why didn't VW run this commercial during the Super Bowl?
