1973 Triumph Tr6 Base 2.5l on 2040-cars

Triumph TR6 1973 Saphire Blue

This Triumph has been restored with many parts replaced.

Much of the car is original, as I saw it imperitive to keep the car as original as possible and replace those items that were in need of replacement.

The engine has been rebuilt to include new rod bearings, new rings, valve job and magnaflex system check.

The original hardtop comes with it and the soft top frame is installed but no canvas. The original blue tonue cover and the black full boot comes with it as well. The seats, side panels and vinyl are original, carpet is new. The seats are near perfect.

The blue car cover shown comes with the car.

Items replaced, master cylinder, flex break lines, fuel pump, fuel filter, radiator cowling, radiator hoses, ignition coil, carburators rebuilt, engine mount, fuel tank removed cleaned and a new sending unit installed and gaskets. Door check straps, winshield seal, frame to body, windshield top frame removed and sealed, inner and outer window seals, door molding fuzzy seals, trunk seal, bonnets seal, fender mirrors, carpet, dash is new mahogany veneer. Floor pans replaced, trunk panel kit, horn button crash pad and button. Grill molding. All the glass is good, the windshield has a arch from the wiper not being replaced when it should have. Grill molding assembly.

Items that need attention are the horn is not hooked up, all the parts are there, no radio and the passenger window crank works but sticks a bit.
