Thank you for looking at my 1973 TR6. This TR6 is a four speed model with a factory hardtop. I believe the milage to be accurate , but do not know for sure. The cars paint shows very well, as you can see by the pics, and is painted correct green for the year. I have not found any rust, besides some surface rust where paint has chipped and on frame as you may see from pics. The car was originally redone around 2004, and I  do not see any signs of rust or bondo, but I did not do the work. I took it to a local body shop for their opinion and they said I should leave it alone, it looks great. The paint looks beautiful for the age of the car, but is not perfect. Interior is very nice with no rips or tears or fading. I had the car put thru Maryland state inspection and the only thing needed was wiper blades and rear shocks, which were both taken care of.

The previous owner took the car every spring to a local British shop to be gone over. I did have the oil changed this spring, and took the car on a 3 hour one way trip and back with no problems. I have all hardware for the hardtop, because when I purchased car I drove 100 miles home and took soft top off and put in wife's vehicle so I could put hardtop on to bring home. Two bonnets came with car, one to cover soft top and one to cover whole cock pit and a car cover. The car starts every time and runs very nice, I have had no issues. It does leak oil, and I'm sure it could use a good going over, but is a very nice driver. I am selling car because of time and space, I could build a garage, but still have no time.

Please ask questions before bidding, and please no international bidders.

Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R in open-air track attack

Sun, 21 Sep 2014

Typically, these track battle videos pair up car against car or, in more disparate circumstances, car versus crossover, as we saw the other day. While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?
You'll need to watch the full video to find out.
