1971 Triumph Tr6 Base 2.5l on 2040-cars

 The TR6 is a very nice drivable car and ready to have a lot of fun. I bought the car from the second owner who had it setting in his garage since daughter graduated from collage in the 70"s . Was started yearly but not driven much.  Had a small fire on right front fender when backfired using wrong carb starter. has since been repaired and painted right front fender, rebuilt carbs, new battery, new clutch and pressure plate, new choke cable, new rear wheel cylinders and bled brakes, has red line Michelin radial tires very few miles on them, also new clutch fiberglass housing done when clutch was out and new master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder . The interior is in good condition but old, with seats needing new covers. The wiring has been fixed so signal light and head lights work, wipers work and power to radio but antenna is broken on out side as seen in picture. The new top was in trunk and I had it installed but did not know how to fold down right so I now have a small tear in left corner of top as seen in picture.  When painting fender we buffed the whole car since it had a fairly new paint job before I got it.  It sounds like a lot of things wrong but I'm up front and have a great ebay selling record but it wouldn't take much to make it a really fine car. The miles is in the 70's so very low mileage and mostly all original and no accident's.  I hope the pictures tell the story but if need to talk to me call 573-979-3454 any time and I'll try and help you.
