I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4.7 V8 SR5 Limited Access Cab Stepside Bed Truck, with Towing Package for sale. I purchased this truck from my father a few years ago when I was living in Tennessee, and I have a new car and want to sell this vehicle! This car does have a clean North Carolina Title, ready to be sold! Because this was an (Inside the Family) Purchase, I have all of the maintenance records available for this vehicle, the oil has been changed every 3k Miles with Synthetic Blend! Nice Kelly Tires with less than 10k Miles on them! The timing belt, and water pump were replaced @ 100k Miles per Toyota Maintenance Recommendation. I also just had this vehicle detailed to perfection on Interior and Exterior.
The Good:
-Low Mileage 109k Miles!
-All Recommended Maintenance Completed, oil changed every 3k Miles!
-Clean Carfax, and Clean NC Title in Hand!
-Rare Stepside Bed, and Towing Package installed at the dealer!
-TRD Package
-Powerful 4.7 Liter V8 Engine
-Almost New Kelly Tires with less than 10k Miles!
-Bedliner
-Clean Interior
The Bad:
-A hole in the driver side doormat, and wear spot on the carpet on the driver's side.

Buy a Toyota GT86 and your wife will hate you
Wed, 14 Nov 2012Marketing can be a very strange business. Convincing a man or woman (or child, really) that they absolutely cannot live without the latest, greatest new bit of technology oftentimes takes a unique approach. In the "online film promoting the Toyota GT86" you'll see below, created by agency Happiness Brussels, men are reverse-psychologied into thinking a new sports coupe will make them more masculine by getting their loved ones to hate them. Or something like that. We think.
In any case, we suggest you watch the video below to see how much fun men can have with a GT86 - or Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ, presumably - at the expense of their significant others. Fair warning: There's a potential Not Safe For Work moment in the ad: beware of a brief male butt shot about 44 seconds in.
Marketing. Gotta love it. Unless you're married to a man. Or something like that. We think. Whatever, just watch.
MotorWeek remembers retro icons, Supra and NSX
Thu, 16 Oct 2014It's easy to poke a joke here and there about John Davis, the long-time host of MotorWeek. His voice is so monotonous that, from time to time, if you closed your eyes, you may think it's generated via a computer. But you have to give him and the rest of the show a lot of credit. The program has been on the air for decades, giving people direct, straight-down-the middle automotive reviews.
MotorWeek's massive back catalog of reviews are slowly making their way onto YouTube, and they provide a fascinating chance to look back on how performance cars rank against their contemporaries from back in the day. Two recent additions include the show's old looks at the 1986 Toyota Supra, the dawn of the third-generation model, and the now-iconic 1991 Acura NSX.
Both reviews are interesting in their own way. These days you hear nary a negative word about the original NSX, but MotorWeek isn't afraid to point out a few flaws. And the Supra really shows the progress of suspension tuning in the intervening decades because it has some serious body roll in the corners. Scroll down to check out both videos and get a blast from the automotive past.
Gazoo heads to the N"urburgring with Lexus LFA Code X
Tue, 14 Jan 2014You'd be forgiven for thinking just because the Lexus LFA has ended its production run (it's been over a year now) that Toyota would have ceased its development. You'd be forgiven, but Gazoo Racing is here to tell you you'd still be wrong.
One of Toyota's many works racing teams, Gazoo is returning to the 24-hour endurance race at the Nürburgring this year with a trio of entries. One is based on the Toyota GT86 (which we know as the Scion FR-S), and one is essentially the same LFA that it's entered in years past. But the third vehicle is dubbed Code X.
It's also based on the LFA, but its 4.8-liter V10 engine has been bored out to 5.3 liters, raising its output to untold levels. It's got a full carbon-fiber chassis and a range of other enhancements that Gazoo isn't telling us about just yet, but they should turn the LFA Code X from a road-going supercar beyond a racecar and into a rolling research lab. Considering that Gazoo has been racing at the 'Ring since 2007 and fielding versions of the LFA there since 2008, it'll be interesting to see how the Code X version fares.
