Berkley, Massachusetts, United States
I PURCHASED THIS TRUCK IN 2008 FROM A LOCAL TOYOTA DEELER WITH 32 THOUSAND MILES ON IT. I AM A FINISH CARPENTER THAT DROVE TO CAPE COD EVERY DAY FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND NEEDED SOMETHING GOOD ON GAS. 25 MILES A GAL DID IT FOR ME.
I HATE TO SELL IT BUT I HAVE A COMPANY TRUCK NOW AND DONT DRIVE IT ANY MORE. ITS A GREAT TRUCK AND IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME OK IM GOING TO GET INTO THE FACTS! IN 2010 I DID GET INTO A FENDER BENDER WITH THE REAR END OF A CAR. NOT TO BAD" SENT IT TO TOYOTA TO REPLACE FRONT BUMPER, HOOD AND GRILL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! AND IM CRITICAL. THIS TRUCK IS ALL ORIGINAL NO AFTER MARKET PARTS THE ONLY PARTS I CHANGED WERE THE SPARK PLUGS AND A REAR FACTORY SHOCK BECAUSE THE TOP BOOT BROKE. THE TIRES WERE UP GRADED TO ALL TERAIN TIRES IN 2011. I WOULD CONSIDER THEM IN FAIR CONDITION. AND THE RIMS PAINTED LAST SUMMER. THIS TRUCK COMES WITH A FACTORY TOW HITCH THAT WAS NEVER USED .TOOL BOXES AND COSTOM MAHAGANY RACKS THAT I BUILT AND WAS SPRAYED WITH A BED LINER COATING. I TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY VEHICLES AND CHANGE THE OIL EVERY 4 THOU MILES WITH SYNTHETIC. SORRY: THIS TRUCK IS PICK UP ONLY!! Toyota sells six of 10 of hybrids in California
Wed, 31 Jul 2013In an apparent shot back at Ford's increasing market share of electrified vehicles and claim that it accepts more Prius trade-ins for its own hybrids than any other car, Toyota has flexed a muscle and played the numbers game to put the Blue Oval in its place.
Leaning on its hybrid market dominance in California, the Japanese automaker stated that six out of 10 hybrids sold in the Golden State are Toyota models. And it keeps coming: Year-to-date through May 2013, Toyota sold five times more hybrids than Ford. One of every two hybrids in California is a Prius model. In addition, Toyota notes that it has sold 1.5 million Prius vehicles in the US, 90-percent of which are still on the road today.

Manga stylized Toyota Aygo takes on Godzilla
Thu, 13 Nov 2014Japan has given the world so much to enthuse over. We're not sure the Toyota Aygo is necessarily one of them as much as, say, the Scion FR-S or Lexus LFA (especially since it's actually made in Europe), but for many Nipponophiles, the centuries-old artistic discipline of Manga certainly is. And now the two have come together in this two-and-a-half-minute animated short.
In Toyota's own take on the classic narrative, an Aygo animated by celebrated artist Sonia Leong takes on Godzilla. As in, a giant lizard rampaging through a Japanese city, not the Nissan GT-R, against which the little Toyota would certainly stand even less of a chance by any metric other than affordability, fuel economy or ability to park in tight spots.
In any case, watch this Manga-fied video above, and feel free to read through the related press release below.
