2005 Toyota Matrix Xr Loaded In Very Good Condition on 2040-cars
Statesboro, Georgia, United States
2005 TOYOTA
MATRIX XR Very Good
Condition. 108,578 miles. I know the information says 3 owners, but the second owner was an elderly friend of mine and didn't drive the car more than a few times and had it less than 1 year, so really it's only had two owners. Clean Car fax from when I bought the car provided. This car
is loaded with every option you could get on it in 2005. It has had regular maintenance preformed. The catalytic converter and 02 sensors have
been replace; new brake rotors and pads; new tires. I had a paint and body shop rub out the car
and replace the clear coat so the body looks great. There are some minor scratches and dings due
to its age, but nothing really noticeable.
Blue book puts its value at $6715 for Very Good condition. NADA places it’s Clean Retail price at
$8000. Black Book says $7110. Edmund's says $8281. I can send you more pictures and answer any questions you need. Email me

Toyota SEMA concepts promote active lifestyles, rallying [w/video]
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Toyota has six vehicles that it's bringing to the Specialty
Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show next week, all of which were developed by and for people who live active lifstyles. Four of them are the result of the Toyota Dream Build Challenge, which tasked a team of athletes and vehicle customization shops to build Toyota sedans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles in seven weeks that would enhance performance in their respective sports.
We'll lead off with the CamRally Camry, developed by NASCAR driver Parker Kligerman, Kyle Busch Motorsports and Mooresville, NC shop Detroit Speed, Inc. for the Dream Build Challenge, because it appeals to us gearheads (sure, call us one-sided). It was totally transformed into a rally vehicle, and it has to be the most badass Camry we can remember seeing. The sedan is always a bit flaccid-looking in stock form, but the CamRally's wide body and other exterior upgrades and the turbocharger make us forget about that, as do its stripped, painted interior and Sparco race seat.
2014 Toyota Tundra to debut at Chicago Auto Show
Thu, 24 Jan 2013The fullsize pickup market is dominated by trucks from Ford, General Motors and Ram, but this segment could get some hefty competition in coming years. We've already reported that Nissan is planning a redesign of its Titan truck for 2015, and now Toyota has announced that it will be revealing the 2014 Tundra next month at the Chicago Auto Show.
In the brief press release posted below, Toyota says that the 2014 Tundra will be "redesigned," but it's unclear as to whether this means we'll be seeing an all-new truck or just an extensive refresh. The current Tundra design has been around since 2007 and sales are hardly worrisome to the Big Three, so a new design would be a logical guess.
In any case, we only have to wait a couple more weeks for the new Tundra to debut on February 7, and we'll be on hand to bring you plenty of live coverage from the show.
Toyota Prius owners targeted by tire-slashing VA vandal
Wed, 24 Jul 2013Toyota Prius owners aren't bad folks. With a few exceptions, they're just normal people that appreciate the comfortable, high-mileage hybrid. Someone in Arlington, Virginia doesn't see it that way, though, as 14 examples (and one Smart) had at least one tire slashed last Sunday night.
The serial tire-slasher didn't any items from the vehicles, but he or she has left owners with substantial bills and sour dispositions. According to a report from ABC affiliate WJLA, some citizens are considering the matter a hate crime.
Despite the targeting of Toyota hybrids and the acquisition of one fingerprint, police have been unable to make any arrests, as the slasher has targeted vehicles across the county. Take a look at the local news report from WJLA below.
