ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE CONDITION, classic 1990, Toyota, Land Cruiser, 184,744 miles, brown/silver exterior and brown/tan interior. One owner... Here's the story:
My husband works for a Toyota Dealership and has always wanted the classic 1990 Land Cruiser. He found this Land Cruiser in CA, original owner. The LC was in pristine condition for the age of vehicle, interior and exterior. However, there were a lot of small things that did not work... A few windows, hatchback needed new shocks, front brakes, the gear shifter felt lose, etc. So, we purchased the LC and since my husband works at a Toyota Dealership, he went ALL OUT!! All the small things were repaired, and then some.. All new tires, brakes, 180,000 full service, radiator flush, oil service, etc. As an employee he gets a discount on the parts and mechanical work which was $4500.00. If a customer had the same service it would be $7500. There is no tears, no rips in the interior, everything works, it drives SOLID (nothing shakes or rattles). Exterior is just as beautiful for the age. The paint glistens and all the bumpers are smooth and clean. If you want a CLASSIC 1990 Land Cruiser you can drive without doing a thing to it - THIS IS YOUR TRUCK. Feel reassured you are buying a vehicle serviced to perfection at a Toyota Dealership (I have all the receipts). Why are we selling it? After we purchased the Land Cruiser, my husband received a promotion and gets a vehicle to drive. Timing is everything. Please compare our LC with others on eBay or Auto trader- you will NOT find a nicer, more PRISTINE vehicle. I know, because I checked. For the age and miles of the LC you won't find a nicer SUV. Toyota previews new C-HR crossover concept bound for Paris
Mon, 15 Sep 2014We're now just a few weeks away from the start of the Paris Motor Show, and when the doors open at the Porte de Versailles, Toyota will be among the many automakers with new wares to show - including the new concept car pictured in this latest teaser image.
Called the C-HR, the concept is designed to represent an "innovative vision for a compact crossover model", incorporating "a new design language with an engaging driving experience and a hybrid powertrain." The Japanese industrial giant isn't saying much else, but the C-HR is set to debut alongside the finalized exterior design for its upcoming new fuel cell sedan.
Toyota, of course, became a pioneer in the compact crossover segment when it introduced the first-generation RAV4 way back in 1994. If the silhouette is anything to go by, however, the C-HR concept appears to adopt a far more streamlined form. Watch this space for more.
Toyota hits 10 million Camry models sold in US
Tue, 02 Jul 2013This year marks 30 years of sales for the Toyota Camry in the US, and in that time, it has amassed more than 10 million sales. In its first year on the market, the Camry sold 52,651 units, but it has gone on to become the best-selling car in the US for the last 11 years.
Toyota says that "virtually all" current Camry models sold in the US are made here, and three-quarters of all Camry contents are domestically sourced.
