1975 Toyota Fj55 Landcruiser Safari Wagon 4x4 Fj 55 Iron Pig Land Cruiser Nores on 2040-cars
Annapolis, Missouri, United States
This is a Hard to Find 1975 Toyota LandCruiser FJ-55 Safari Wagon. It has had some body work and was painted a few years ago. The clutch and Everything related is new. The Transmission Shifts Really Smooth and the 4WD Works great. The Floor is Solid, Frame is Good, Body Mounts are good. The rear Gate Handle has been relocated to the inside of the tailgate. This FJ Has not been abused and played with. We just don't get to enjoy it any more. I hope it goes to a good home. It is in good Condition for its age. I tried to take a lot of pictures to show all angles of the body and interior. It has 2 new tires on the front, the two in the rear need to be replaced. I will install a new battery for the new owner as well. The driver door has a small crease in it. Like I said, it is not perfect but would make a great FJ to have. I have a clean and clear title. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION! Bid to Win....... Buyer is responsible for Shipping if needed. I would also assist in delivery up to 300 miles for a small fee. Thanks for Looking and God Bless! My goal is to earn your 5 Star ***** 100% Positive Feedback. Please don't forget to Leave Positive Feedback and a 5 Star Rating After you receive your Item! |

Toyota recounts past Supra glories
Mon, 29 Jul 2013It could just be a slow start to the news week around the Toyota offices, but its UK blog has posted a brief history on its legendary Supra sports car. Read into however you'd like, but there has been plenty of speculation as to the return of the Supra nameplate in recent years (including last month from incoming Toyota chairman Takeshi Uchiyamada).
Built from April 1978 through July 2002, Toyota's sports coupe made quite a name for itself as both the Celica Supra (shown above) and the Supra, and the blog post charts many of the changes and highlights through the years. Head on over to the Toyota UK blog to read more about this Supra's history, and then be sure to check out the gallery of images from Toyota spanning all four generations.
Leaked Toyota FT-86 Open concept images preview droptop Scion FR-S [w/video]
Thu, 28 Feb 2013Here it is, folks - the highly anticipated Toyota FT-86 Open concept, a precursor to what could become a road-going Scion FR-S convertible. A full smattering of images and video have leaked onto the internet, and thanks to the folks at FT86Club.com, we can now see the new hotness that Toyota will be unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show next week.
These images confirm details that were first seen in spy shots captured a couple of weeks ago - namely, the larger wheel/tire package and the inclusion of the Toyobaru coupe's decidedly useless rear seats. These new photos, however, show a two-tone leather interior with goodies such as an iPod/iPhone mount on the dashboard. The concept car is also fitted with the coupe's six-speed automatic transmission (boo!) and FT86Club.com reports that the folding soft top is operated electronically.
We'll have the full details live from Geneva in just a few days. For now, click through our attached image gallery to see lots of pretty pictures of the topless wonder, and scroll down for a video to see the concept in motion.
Toyota passes BMW as most valuable car brand
Tue, 21 May 2013An annual market study of the strongest brands across various industries has seen Toyota leapfrog BMW as the world's most valuable automotive brand. Toyota's 2013 brand value rose to $24.5 billion, up 12 percent versus 2012 numbers according to market research company Millward Brown's BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands list. BMW's value fell slightly; down by 2 percent to a total of $24 billion.
Mercedes-Benz finished in third place in the automotive category, up 11 percent from 2012 for a valuation of $18 billion. Honda ($12.4 billion, down 2 percent) and Nissan ($10.2 billion, up 3 percent) rounded out the top five for the category. Volkswagen was the only other auto brand that finished in the top 100 overall, in 100th place. Audi made the greatest percentage gain over 2012, up 18 percent to $5.5 billion, but finished outside of the top 100.
Technology companies dominated the overall list, with Apple, Google and IBM ranking one through three. Couture brand Prada was 2013's biggest gainer, rising by 63 percent over 2012.
