The Nicest 1999 Toyota 4runner On Ebay...highest Bid Owns It No Reserve!! on 2040-cars
Flemington, New Jersey, United States
It is my absolute pleasure to offer this gorgeous 1999 Toyota 4Runner at No Reserve! This means that I will sell this truck to the highest bidder, regardless of price after it has been on ebay for 7 days. I have sold about 1000 vehicles on ebay since 1998. This one rates right up there with some of the nicest I have ever had...it's THAT nice! Fly in from anywhere and drive it home. The miles are only 74,557. The paint is all original, the carfax report is clean, the autocheck report is clean and unbelievably it still has that new car smell. It is very common to see these trucks in the northeast with rusty frames. This truck has NO RUST. It was always garaged and out of the elements. Lots of great options in this truck include the Sport Package with Sport Seats, Hood scoop, Color keyed bumpers and grille, Factory Running Boards, Factory Moonroof, 4.10 Gears, etc... I welcome test drives and third party inspections PRIOR to placing a bid. Feel free to call or text my cell with any other questions 609-381-4011. Good Luck! -Paul...........................................................................................................................

Meet the Most Elegant Automobile, and it's for sale
Sat, 08 Jun 2013Alright, so maybe "most elegant" is a bit of a stretch, but we feel safe in calling the 1992 Toyota Paseo in the video below an "automobile." High praise, we know. Still, it's clear someone loves the awkward little coupe enough to produce a hilarious video to sell the thing. Henry Floyd worked up a quick parody of the over-the-top luxury car ads we all know and loathe, and while the finished product is a little skimpy on details like price or location, it certainly doesn't hold back on the exposition.
Hell, if we didn't already have a parade of horrible ideas floating around our collective driveways, we might even be convinced to give this little heap a new home. You can check out the ad for yourself below, just don't be surprised if you find yourself with a burning desire to own a Paseo.
Toyota previews new C-HR crossover concept bound for Paris
Mon, 15 Sep 2014We're now just a few weeks away from the start of the Paris Motor Show, and when the doors open at the Porte de Versailles, Toyota will be among the many automakers with new wares to show - including the new concept car pictured in this latest teaser image.
Called the C-HR, the concept is designed to represent an "innovative vision for a compact crossover model", incorporating "a new design language with an engaging driving experience and a hybrid powertrain." The Japanese industrial giant isn't saying much else, but the C-HR is set to debut alongside the finalized exterior design for its upcoming new fuel cell sedan.
Toyota, of course, became a pioneer in the compact crossover segment when it introduced the first-generation RAV4 way back in 1994. If the silhouette is anything to go by, however, the C-HR concept appears to adopt a far more streamlined form. Watch this space for more.
Toyota recalling 800k Camry, Avalon and Venza models for AC issue
Thu, 17 Oct 2013Toyota has announced plans to voluntarily recall 803,000 vehicles from model years 2012 and 2013, over concerns with the air conditioning condenser housing. The recall covers the Camry, Camry Hybrid, Avalon, Avalon Hybrid and Venza, although the exact split between affected models wasn't available.
According to Toyota, the condenser can leak onto an airbag control module, which in turn could cause a short circuit. In most cases, this will just lead to an airbag warning light, but in rarer instances, the airbags could fail to deploy or pop out of their own accord. There's also a concern over a loss of power steering if the airbag control module develops a short.
It's unclear if there have been any injuries or crashes relating to the defects. Toyota will begin informing owners of affected vehicles via first class mail, and will ask them to report to dealerships for recall work, involving the installation of a cover on the condenser housing.
