Price

Dealer's “Buy-it now” Price
and any Buyer’s bid are stated amount plus $149 doc prep fee. “Buy-it-now” Price
and any Buyer’s bid do not include tax, title or registration, all of which are
the Buyer’s responsibility. Must take delivery within five (5) days of your bid
being accepted as winning bid. Prior sales excluded.

Financing

For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options,please contact us within two (2) days of your bid being accepted as winning bid.

Deposit
and Payment

A deposit of $250.00 U.S. must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of your bid being accepted as the winning bid. When the deposit has been submitted, Buyer MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining
balance must be paid within five (5) days. If payment is made by cashier's or
personal check, we will hold all titles for ten (10) days or until funds have
cleared. We accept PayPal for deposit only. Balance must be in the form of
Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing.

Vehicle
Condition

This is a pre-owned vehicle. Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect,
expect some cosmetic and mechanical wear. Please contact us for details. Vehicle pictures are for illustration
purposes only.

Buyer's
Inspection

We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected before the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are your sole responsibility.

EPA

Mileage based on 2010 EPA mileage estimates, reflecting new EPA fuel economy methods beginning with 2008 models. Use for comparison purposes only. Do not compare to models before 2008.
Your actual mileage will vary depending on how you drive and maintain your
vehicle.

Finalizing
Your Purchase

Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within twenty-four (24) hours of your bid being accepted as winning bid to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within five (5) days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for delivery/shipment to the Buyer, all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the Seller.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the Buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage, including without limitation damage in loading.

Airport Transportation

We would be happy to pick you up at a local airport with advance arrangements. We are located 30-60 minutes from Bradley International Airport depending on traffic.
