 Exterior: 

As you can see from the pictures this Rolls Royce appears very nice.  And it is very nice from a distance.  Unfortunately the original lacquer paint has checked and cracked.  As a driver the car is fine as it sits however, if you wanted to show the car and win trophies with it you will have to have it stripped and painted.  The body itself is very solid and rust free.  It appears very straight and solid.  All the glass is intact along with all the lights, marker lights and signals.  The chrome is in excellent original condition.  The tires are fairly new and all the original hubcaps are in excellent original condition.  The Rolls Royce grill and flying lady are in excellent original condition and are hard to find intact.  The car was driven 83k miles and I would presume it was enjoyed every mile of that.  If you’re looking for a great, easy project of a vintage Silver Shadow this could be the one.  Please look at the pictures and let us know of any questions.

Interior:

The interior of this car is absolutely luxurious.  It is in excellent original condition.  Aside from the real wood trim cracking in areas(common) the interior is in excellent condition.  All the gauges including the radio work as they should.  All power windows work as they should as well.  The power seat motors engage but struggle moving up or back.  The motors for the seats are easily accessed and are very fixable.  The foot rests are intact in the rear and are in excellent condition.  The fabric for the headliner and seats are also in excellent original condition.  The carpet has been protected and is very plush.  Please look at the pictures and let us know of any questions you may have.

Drivetrain:

The drivetrain is the original 412 CID Rolls Royce drivetrain.  Runs very strong and smooth.  The transmission shifts as it should and all belts, tires, hoses, suspension, power steering and brake linings are all road worthy.  There are plenty of maintenance records that are included with the sale.  It is apparent that when you drive this car you can see it has been meticously maintained through the years.  Please ask us any questions you may have let us know.   If you want us to fax you the service records just give us your number, would be glad to assist.
