2013 Ram 1500 Slt Extended Cab Pickup 4-door 5.7l on 2040-cars
Lyman, South Carolina, United States
This truck is perfect. Never parked near another vehicle driven sparingly and like Brand new. Still has new car smell
I have title free and clear I can't finance it for you but can save you lots of money over a new one or even used one like this at a car lot. I understand I will take a loss on selling it this soon but have 5 vehicles and a motorcycle and I am a single guy. My insurance and taxes have become a mortgage payment. I have decided to let this go if I can get a fair price. Not in any bind here so if can't sell for what I expect I will keep it MSRP was right at 38k. I have decided I can live with 29k. An absolute bargain for this truck Everything from dealer booksManuel's key locks etc. has never been used in sitting in glove box I can send you any pictures you want and the features are outlined well. I did 3 things to this truck first week I bought it. Drove it to the muffler shop and had stock exhaust replaced with flow masters and ran straight out the back with chrome tips. Nice throaty sound but not obnoxious. The hemi sounds great. I put the chrome side rails on you see in the pictures. I also bought OEM mud flaps from dodge that go with the truck but never installed them It is loaded with full unconnect package and navigation. Has satellite radio Bluetooth even speaks your text messages for you and you can reply with steering wheel controls by voice. Total hands free phone and text. Comfortable as all get out runs great and turns heads. Lots of storage spaces and has all the goodies I would need 500 deposite within 72 hours and paypal is fine for that with full balance due within 7 days by cash or cashier check. |

2014 Ram ProMaster 2500
Tue, 01 Oct 2013Front-wheel drive is what sets the all-new Ram ProMaster full-size commercial van apart from its competition. In a segment still choked with thirsty, rear-wheel-drive, ladder frame, pickup truck-based cargo vans, the American automaker is introducing something entirely new - well, new to our domestic market, as Europeans will recognize Ram's fresh entrant as a made-for-USA Fiat Ducato.
While the big ProMaster doesn't have a traditional body-on-frame chassis, it isn't a pure unibody either. Consider it a hybrid of both, with a unibody cab up front and a reinforced high-strength steel subframe in the rear. The platform employs double A-arms and MacPherson struts on the front axle, while the rear uses a simple tubular beam axle. Tires are 225/75R16 at all four corners. The steering is hydraulic rack-and-pinion (allowing an impressive 36-foot turning radius) and there are disc brakes with two-piston calipers all around. It is a solid, if unsophisticated, setup.
This game-changing van, which has already arrived in showrooms with a starting price of $28,630, is propelled by either a gasoline-powered 3.6-liter Pentastar six-cylinder (280 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque) or a new turbocharged 3.0-liter four-cylinder diesel (174 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque). Ram will offer a traditional six-speed automatic or a new six-speed automated single-clutch manual transmission that drops the hydraulic linkage to improve fuel economy - details are still emerging on this unique gearbox.
Ram flubs ProMaster cargo capacity
Mon, 31 Mar 2014The Ram ProMaster is going to look a little smaller on the inside, at least by way of its specification sheets, despite the sheet metal staying the same.
When Ram originally published the cargo capacity for its van, it simply did a direct conversion from the European rating of 15 cubic meters to 530 cubic feet. However, that didn't take into account the standard way internal measurements are calculated for the US. While the trucks have been on sale since October, the automaker just noticed the problem, and it's working on a revised figure. According to Automotive News, the new carrying ability for the ProMaster is likely between 450 and 475 cubic feet.
The difference stems from two standards for measuring capacity. In Europe, the entire internal area is determined and then obstacles like seats are subtracted from it. That means areas where freight could never go, like on top of seat backs, gets included in the figure. In the US, only the area where goods could actually fit is included, which leads to lower specs with no actual change in space.
Chrysler readying 20 Moparized vehicles for SEMA
Tue, 08 Oct 2013The Las Vegas Convention Center has plenty of space for aftermarket companies and automakers to show off their wares, and it looks like Chrysler is taking advantage of the spacious floor plan. At next month's SEMA Show, Chrysler will have a full 20 cars from its six brands decked out with Mopar gear.
As a hint of what is to come, Chrysler released a handful of teaser sketches showing glimpses of modified Jeep Cherokee, Ram 1500, Fiat 500L and Chrysler 300 concept vehicles. The automaker will also use the venue to show off a new line of Jeep Performance Parts offered by the all-new Mopar Off-Road Division. In addition to the images, Chrysler also issued a brief press release - posted below - breaking down some of the "industry-first features" that Mopar has offered in recent years.
