This Ram is in Excellent condition. It has never been smoked in. It has premium cloth seats, and has the Big Horn Chrome package. It has brand new brakes that were installed less then 1000 mi ago. Tires are in great shape and have maybe 10K mi on them of the 65K they are suppose to be good for. It has fifth wheel rails in the bed, but the hitch is not included in the price of the truck. It has only hauled a trailer 4 times, locally less than 75 mi. It has too many options to mention. It has always used Mobil 1 oil in the engine, and I just had the transmission mileage service done, so that it has a new filter and new fluids. This truck has the fold out floor in the back and the back seats have maybe seen 10 passengers. It has matching carpet floor mats and on the outside Line-x bedliner, stainless steel step rails and truck matched mud guards. It has never been off road. Any bumps and bruises have always been fixed professionally. It has never been in a Vehicle accident on the Road. Just noticed one flaw as of today that someone back into the rear bumper and put a dent in it. I tried to take a picture of it but it would not show up. That being said this is still a beautiful truck. If you want the Hitch hit the by it now and it is yours with the truck. But please make sure you are ready to buy and have your financing taken care of before you bid to take the truck. I have been through the bid and not taking of sale items and all that does is cost a person money. So please only bid if you are sincerely looking for a nice truck. May have a few more miles by the time you get it because this is our everyday vehicle.

Ram recalling over 43k Promaster and C/V Tradesman vans for separate issues
Tue, 07 Oct 2014Ram has announced that it will be recalling over 43,000 vehicles as part of a pair of campaigns targeting its two main cargo haulers, the ProMaster and C/V Tradesman.
In the case of its newer offering, the 2014 ProMaster, 21,470 vehicles are being recalled so that Ram dealers can replace the head restraints. The current restraints apparently leave too large of a gap between it and the occupant's head. Of the over 21,000 vans being recalled, nearly 19,000 are in the United States while the remaining 2,500 are in the barren tundra we call Canada.
For the old C/V Tradesman, meanwhile, its recall has been prompted by an investigation into the side-curtain and thorax airbag sensors. It was found that on vehicles lacking rear climate and audio systems in the back, a gap where these components should be could "generate a resonance" that could affect the sensors' operations. 22,115 vehicles are affected, covering model years 2013 through 2015. As with the ProMaster, the vast majority of vehicles are found in the United States, while just under 4,000 are in Canada.
2014 Ram Promaster reporting for duty
Thu, 07 Feb 2013We already knew Chrysler would be getting its own version of the Fiat Ducato for use as the 2014 Ram Promaster, but it was just a question of when and what changes would be made. Well now we know. Though far from conventional-looking, the new Promaster should give Chrysler a fullsize van that is more competitive than the old Ram Van and more affordable than the Mercedes-based Dodge Sprinter.
Chrysler says it made numerous changes to transform the Ducato into the US-friendly Promaster, and the biggest changes were made to the powertrains. Standard equipment on the Promaster 1500 is the widespread 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 rated at 280 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque paired, which, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, offers a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 11,500 pounds. Other models will get the 3.0-liter diesel inline four-cylinder producing 174 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque, giving this version a GCWR of 12,500 pounds, and this engine is mated to a six-speed automated manual transmission.
2014 Ram Promaster recalled over brake hoses
Sun, 02 Mar 2014It's barely been a year since Chrysler brought the Fiat Ducato over to these United States as the Ram Promaster, but already it's being subjected to its second recall - both of them revolving around essential controls that are critical to the vehicle's operation.
The first came less than a month ago, when the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a recall for nearly 10,000 of the vans due to a sticky accelerator pedal. Now Chrysler has issued a second recall to deal with the brake hose.
This second recall affects some 6,800 units of the ProMaster, half of which Chrysler says are on dealer lots. The automaker is instructing dealers to inspect both the vehicles it has in stock and to bring in customer vehicles to perform the same check, to ensure that the brake hose was properly installed in the first place. If not, the brake hose will be replaced.
