Remove CE panel clean all Fuses and connections
Rebuilt Aux Fan relay NLA Pitted contacts
Cleaned all Chassis Grounds
Removed and replaced Boots and repacked bearings
Vac A/C and refilled 2 Lb's R-134 60 Degrees possible weak compressor
Bypass Pin 8-on resistor pack due to blower running on High 0, 1 and 2 not operable.
Trace bypassed and disconnected A/C wiring compressor runs all the time
Pulled door panel drivers window not operable cleaned and lubed, still has noise on down travel suggest replacement
Replace Drivers window Switch
Headlamps sticking on up lubed and freed movement
Reattached Radiator Temp sensor and tested circuit
Removed alternator due to non charging, cleaned all connections and ohmed wires after unloading, established correct ground, cleaned 14-Pin Connector
Tighten Power Steering Belt checked all, pulley has dings possible replacement will shorten life of belts
Released Tension on timing belt too tight, cam gears show some ware
Replaced sub-standard Vacuum Lines thin walls causing possible collapse under load
Repaired Vacuum leaks on WUR feed, replaced hose and new clamps
Pulled Green signal wire and replaced
Labeled spark plug wires to pull GWire
Found some type of debris in rotor cap causing chewing up of Cap walls tested OK could not find debris
Pulled Air control to test for blower Motor on high tests OK
Reinserted loose Wire on B-Connector on CE panel
Replaced starter after beaking main Battery feed connection due to severe corrosion, had to cut off nut with dremel tool
Removed non functioning canister hooked to Auto transmission feed used for Federalizing not needed
Swapped Vacuum ports on Throttle Body incorrectly installed
Remove connections from Radio now hooked to Headlamp and Turn Signal Wiring, Replaced with tap off of CE panel.
Repair hood release reassemble
Adjust Parking Brake
Reattach and clamp Air intake to alternator

Porsche 911 Carrera 4S named Motor Trend Best Driver's Car [w/video]
Thu, 22 Aug 2013Motor Trend has named the 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S its best driver's car for 2013. The annual
competition for the title included some of the best performance cars that have gone on sale in the past year. The new C4S follows the 2012 Best Driver's Car award winner, a two-wheel-drive Carrera S.
Determining the winner of the coveted title isn't easy. Each vehicle is pushed through Motor Trend's normal battery of instrumented tests. Editors then spend time with each car over a 500-mile tour of mixed conditions before a final batch of testing at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, with pro racer Randy Pobst at the wheel.
Magnus Walker pops up again, this time with his Irish Green 911
Sun, 06 Oct 2013He was the subject of a short film called Urban Outlaw. He has been on Jay Leno's Garage. Twice. He even graced the cover of Road & Track in June. And after all of that, he appeared in a video by Hong Kong-based Silly Thing. So it isn't really surprising that Magnus Walker is at the center of attention in the latest video from XCAR, but it's surprising - and a treat - to see his mostly original Irish Green 1966 Porsche 911.
Powered by an air-cooled 2.0-liter flat six with 130 horsepower (more like 120 hp today, Walker says), riding on 5.5-inch wide wheels and turned with a wooden steering wheel, the little green 911 does represent some of the best aspects of classic car motoring.

Porsche announces four flavors of updated Cayenne [w/video]
Thu, 24 Jul 2014The new Macan may be getting all the attention lately, but Porsche hasn't forgotten about its larger crossover - the one that put it on the map in 2002 and on the road to profitability, with over half a million sold so far. So to keep the Cayenne at the top of its game, Porsche has announced several key upgrades for the 2015 model.
For starters, Porsche has updated the Cayenne's appearance with new front- and rear-end styling. The front bumper, fenders and hood are entirely new, with air fins flanking the nose to direct air into the intercoolers (each model now being artificially aspirated), and new bi-xenon headlamps and daytime running LEDs on every model but the Turbo, which goes all-LED. Around back there's also new taillights, tailgate handle, lower rear fascia and exhaust pipes. Meanwhile the interior has been upgraded with a 918-derived sport steering wheel and reformed rear seats with available ventilation.
The bigger news is under the engine bay, where Porsche is offering four choices. The base model is gone as the range starts with the Cayenne Diesel, followed by the Cayenne S, the new Cayenne S E-Hybrid and the top-of-the-line Cayenne Turbo. The Diesel model carries over the same 3.0-liter turbo diesel with 240 horsepower. The Cayenne S however packs a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 that's similar to the one found in the Macan Turbo and packs the same 406 lb-ft of torque but more power at 420 hp, 20 more than either its little brother or the model it replaces to reach 62 mph in 5.2 seconds.
