This is a real 1967 Gto sport coupe. This car will make an excellent driver quality car, but is far far from being a show car. It is an almost unfinished project in good condition with new trunk pan installed and solid floors. It has a new headliner installed, and new carpet that need to be cut and installed. The front end and interior were partially installed for pictures, and need to be properly installed. All phases of the car will need finishing installation, and adjustments.
This car needs someone with time to put it back together, I do not have the time.
According to the PHS documents this car was ordered with 400 automatic ,3.90 posi rear end, tinted windows disc brakes, manual steering, and wood wheel.
It does not have the original engine, and now has a wide ratio muncie 4 speed. The disc brakes are no longer there, they were removed before I got the car.It has a posi rear end which I believe to be original but not for sure. Engine is a 1975 400 that has not run in a few years but ran very good when puled. Interior is in good condition but will need to be cleaned, and properly installed, it was just placed in the car for photos.
Things I have for the car not pictured.
New quarter panel, and trunk emblems,
Deck lid and quarter panel trim.
Front and rear windshield trim
Rocker moldings, door moldings and rocker extensions. with new mounting hardware( no door trim hardware)
Front and rear bumpers (good to very good cores or use as is)
Headlamp bezels
Front and rear wheel well moldings
Rear tail lights
Drivers side door and quarter trim
Trunk lock and ignition cylinder.
Gas tank
Wiper motor
Things Missing that ARE NOT INCLUDED
Manual steering alternator bracket and pulleys
Alternator
Wood wheel center cap
Exhaust
This is a solid car but is a 20 footer with lack of prep work flaws in the paint. The body is solid but not perfect, The lower quarters were patched , the floors were mostly solid but required some patching. Trunk floor is new. This could be a nice driver with some time and very little money, or could be a very nice car with some time and money. Either way you have a good starting point. AS always car is sold "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee whatsoever.I must receive a $750.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit within 48 hrs from auctions end, The balance must be paid in full within 7 days from auctions end.
On Jan-29-13 at 02:05:49 PST, seller added the following information:
Car was ordered, and is currently Fathom blue exterior with black interior. Yes I have a clear title.

Looking back at Oprah's free-car giveaway 10 years later
Fri, 12 Sep 2014
Oprah kicked off her 19th season in dramatic fashion by giving all 276 members of the studio audience a free car.
Molly Vielweber's Pontiac G6 appears unremarkable at first glance. It wears forest green paint, rolls on five-spoke aluminum wheels, and it has a sizeable scrape in the driver's side door, the scar of a decade's worth of hard use. You wouldn't notice it parked at a big box store or cruising on the highway. Pontiac made hundreds of thousands of G6s in the 2000s, and a lot are still on the road. It's unremarkable in every way except for the front license plate, which reads, "Oprah 6."
How to turn a Pontiac Fiero into a trackday car
Fri, 17 Oct 2014Imagine hitting the track in a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive sports coupe that's affordable and has pretty good parts availability. It might sound like a pipe dream, but it's actually quite possible, if you're willing to think a little outside the box. The Pontiac Fiero is out there just waiting for a little work to turn it into a competent racing machine.
Think about it for a second. Of course, we would all like to be snaking through the curves in something exotic, but what happens when you crash or something breaks? The bills are going to mount up quickly. However, if you ball up a Fiero at the track, as long as you're not hurt, then it's not a huge tragedy.
That's basically the story of Steven Snyder in a new video from Drive starring Matt Farah. Snyder wanted to go to the track cheaply and ended up with an awesome little Fiero with a huge wing and a claimed 220 horsepower at the wheels thanks to a V6 from a Chevrolet Lumina. Check out the video to see how this pint-size Pontiac performs.
Howard Stern latest in Seinfeld's passenger seat for CiCGC
Thu, 06 Feb 2014We'll be honest: the actual cars in Jerry Seinfeld's hit internet series, Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, typically take a back seat to the celebrities in the front row. Seinfeld usually throws in a few lines about his classic wheels in the first minute or so, and then moves on to the important business of sprightly conversation and pithy one-liners. It's great.
This time around, with legendary motormouth Howard Stern riding shotgun, the 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge that might have been a co-star, gets forgotten about almost completely. Instead, Stern spends a tremendous amount of screen time extolling the virtues of his therapy sessions, attempts to dive into Seinfeld's prowess as a lover and generally makes a nuisance of himself. Pretty much to plan, then.
Scroll below to hear Howard accuse Jerry of acting like Jesus, just before declaring himself the greatest radio personality in the history of the business.
