Selling this toy of mine, I call it the "Tank" Factory rollcage = serious offroading or side impact protection. If you have no idea what these babies are capable of, please youtube it first before bidding.
This car have an awesome engine, and mitsubishi are known to have great engine. (Engine alone cost $2000 on ebay, I don't know why I am not parting it out). This car was checked by a local mechanic, he said engine and transmission is good. There are a couple of things I can think of to be done. For example, roof lining needs a little glue, there's a small crack on the lower right corner of the windshield (maybe mended or replace cheaply, some rust on the bottom of the car (a little Por15 coat can take care of it.) One brake line may need to be changed, about $100.00, A/T light been on since I got the car, but nothing seems to be wrong with it, could be a stupid sensor.
This car is a really good deal, no reserve. The car passed state inspection till middle of 2014, NEW battery, new CAT part to passed inspection.

2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport recalled over brake lamps
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Mitsubishi is recalling certain 2013 Outlander Sport models for a couple of brake-related reasons. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the brake lamps may illuminate continuously or intermittently. On top of that, the NHTSA report states that the vehicle's shift lever could be moved out of the Park position without depressing the brake pedal.
A total of 4,539 Outlander Sport models are being recalled for these issues. All of the affected vehicles were built between June 11 and September 11, 2012.
Obviously, both of these issues can be hazardous. If the brake lamps do not illuminate properly, other vehicles may not realize that the car is stopping. And if the shift lever can be moved from Park without touching the brake pedal, the vehicle could roll away unexpectedly.
Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is world's first production plug-in hybrid CUV [w/video]
Fri, 28 Sep 2012Though Mitsubishi first showed us the form of its 2013 Outlander in Geneva a while back, the company saved its plug-in hybrid crossover for this week's Paris Motor Show soiree.
Mitsubishi is quite proud to offer what it says is the world's first production PHEV utility vehicle, a new model that makes use of established technologies within the company. Learnings from the company's i-MiEV electric car have worked there way into a vehicle that can travel up to 55 kilometers (34 miles) on lithium-ion battery power. Two electric motors independently power the front and rear wheels of the Outlander, while the gasoline-powered engine can be used as a generator for the motors, or to power the vehicle directly. The target combined fuel economy for the Outlander PHEV is 61 km/liter, or roughly 143 miles per gallon.
The Outlander PHEV will be introduced in the Japanese market in the first part of 2013, with European and North American markets to follow on.
